Amazing place and really customer centric policies. Exceptional user experience of buying, returning, and changing goods. Awesome staff and they know the stuff well, so it's a bit easier in decision making and also they give unbiased opinions about the product. This one is bigger of the other two in the city.

JB is always good. They have a big enough market share that they freely give you the best deal they can and they have even been honest enough to not reccommend a product. The gestapo at the entrance is very unpleasant but understandable. It's the only shop that has this type of security that i know of, really unpleasant.

Really good product stock. The prices are ok but could be better. It's definitely worth signing up for jb-hifi perks. You get free vouchers with no minimum spend all the time

Just average. Had to wait a while to be served, stock showing on line of multi. Get to store and no stock “All preorder stock” another wasted JB journey. The last four times I’ve walked away without anything even though I had ever intention of purchasing.

Escalator goes up to shop also has a lift somewhere Staff are helpful Just need to keep an eye out for them Security is always present  Do not park in the loading bay behind in the alleyway or face the wrath of the manager ....

I bought a pair of LG headphones and they are not connecting to my phone. Went to return them and the store manager refused to because she could connect them to hers and refused to exchange them or offer any other option. She was rude and refused to help even when I showed her the consumer law.

I just had the most outstanding customer service from Paul who went above and beyond to help me sort out my Home NBN and a better phone plan. He was very patient in explaining everything to me and answered any questions I had.

Keifer has provided me and my family a customer service that went beyond our expectations. He was very patient and friendly regarding our questions. I'd definetely come to this store just for him.

Wont be back. Poor customer service, poor communication and when they make an error a HUGE error in delivery, they dont own up to the problem and make you feel like YOUR a nuisance, go figure. Sales guy didnt know his stuff and pushed us the wrong  tv which doesnt perform as claimed, delivery was late, installation too hard and the courier service pathetic to the point we had to ask them to leave our home. JB you need to do better, just not good enough. Wont be back.
