I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your cashiers today. She was impatient, unhelpful, and showed little concern for providing good customer service.nWhen I purchased a new phone, I noticed that the price did not match my expectations. I asked if she could redo the payment process, but she refused, stating that the transaction was already processing and could not be reversed. I then requested that she get someone else to assist me, yet she still refused. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she barely responded and made no effort to resolve the issue.nFortunately, another staff member stepped in and assisted me, for which I am very grateful. This proves that there was indeed a solution, but the cashier simply did not want to help. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and her unprofessional attitude reflects poorly on your brand.nI hope you take this matter seriously and address this issue to ensure better service in the future.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was unacceptable, and I felt there was a clear bias in the way staff treated customers. It appeared that staff prioritised certain customers over others based on their background or appearance.nOn my first visit, I arrived at 4:15 PM to cancel a mobile plan, and despite there being no one ahead of me, I was left waiting until 4:45 PM, only to be told they couldn’t help me because they were closing. No one even attempted to assist during that entire time.nOn my next visit, I noticed the staff spending over 30 minutes with other customers, yet ignoring me again. I had to firmly state that I would not leave the store until I received assistance. Only then did a team member approach me, and unfortunately, he was quite rude and spoke to me in an unprofessional and angry tone.nnThis kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope JB Hi-Fi management looks into the conduct of the staff at this branch. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and fairness.
I had two friendly interactions from staff here. Both were kind, well informed and professional. Very happy with the customer service. One was named Jordan, but unfortunately didn't catch the other's.
From what I can see, this is as full-sized as any JB Hi-Fi store that I have visited in Australia.nUsually always busy when I have visited, you may wait a short time for staff attention.nWhen aiming to find a particular product, I always do a quick eBay and google search so that I may recognise a good price.nIt's always reassuring to have a physical product in your hands before purchasing and trained and knowledgeable sales staff to assist you to identify the best products to suit your needs.
I was after a certain item. Staff here were no help, I did find the item I was after, but it was the last one which had been kicked around the floor, and dirty. No discount was offered so I ended up leaving shop without my purchase. I then went to another JB Hi-Fi at Logan Rd, Mt Gravatt. Staff at this shop were only too happy to help me out with my enquiry, and purchased my item there. Would not go back to this outlet at Garden City.
