I had such a great experience at this store with David (I think his name was, in the telecommunications department) when I wanted to change from an iPhone to a Pixel. I originally went in there after unhelpful service at Telstra and I was not disappointed! He spent about 30-45 mins with me discussing everything I needed to know for the change over. I went home extremely happy with all his advice and went back a couple of days later to do the swap! He made it easy and explained everything throughout the process and got me a great deal. I will definitely be back in there!

Large store within the Mount Gravatt Westfield shopping centre. Well stocked and plenty of helpful staff. I was able to get my questions about product I was looking for addressed. Reasonable pricing. Parking area nearby.

I don't know the guy's name in the computer department but honestly he was the best he took the time to explain everything to me that I needed to know for the specifications for the laptop that I was looking at I knew exactly what I was looking for and he helped me get the best computer they didn't exactly have what I wanted but he gave me the next best thing one of the best stores that I have been to

Just a mention of thanks to a couple of JB staff members in the mobile phone section where I requested information and comparisons for a new unlocked mobile. I was provided with good information for me to consider. I returned a couple of days later and spoke with the store manager Adam. He was very helpful and delivered excellent professional customer service. Greatly appreciated, 5 stars for the transaction experience especially at this time of year and at a very busy store. Cheers and thanks.
