An excellent everything you need  electronics shop. Prices are good. The store was very busy so it took about 15min to get the attention of a shop assistant. However the salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I bought a brand-new DJI Neo drone for my overseas trip. While I was at the store, a staff member told me that the drone box had been opened and resealed only to make sure everything inside was okay. I trusted him and did not check the drone myself until I arrived overseas and wanted to capture moments from my memorable trip.nnWhen I opened the box, I discovered that the drone looked like it had already been used for a long period of time, and it appeared that someone had returned it to the store after damaging the sensors. From the moment I turned it on, the screen displayed an error indicating an issue with the downward sensor. Additionally, the battery terminals were rusted.nnThe JB Hi-Fi staff broke my trust by selling me a second-hand, rusted drone at the price of a brand-new product, and it was not even working. This completely ruined my holiday and my overseas experience. I am extremely disappointed.

Spoke to two nice people in the computer area. James the Apple guy was really good! Knows his stuff and didn’t try and “sell” to me. Must love working there. Will be back next time.

brought a computer. I didn’t remember his name but the apple shirt guy was amazing. Even though was so busy. Best service I have had from someone in a long long LONG time. Explained in plain English what I needed after I told him and didn’t make me feel dumb about it. Good job.nnWill come back again just to see him

Bad Review – Very Disappointed!nnYesterday, I ordered an Apple Watch SE 44mm Click & Collect from this store, expecting a brand new product. Instead, I was handed a “Repack” box, which clearly isn’t new. This is completely unacceptable.nnI’m extremely disappointed with JB and their team — this feels misleading and dishonest. I trusted JB for genuine products, but this experience has really broken that trust.nnI strongly recommend everyone think twice before buying electronics from JB. There are plenty of other retailers who actually deliver what they promise.nnVery frustrated and disappointed!
