Customer service is definitely getting slack. Bloke helping me told me they didn’t have the TV I wanted so I asked him to check other stores while I went out to me car to get cash. I came back alwaited around for 15 minutes. After having asked 3 different staff for someone to come and help us during this time we decided just to leave. The only reason why I like JB HI-FI is that they do good deals but I ended up getting the same tv at office works for cheaper

My recent experience from this store was a positive one. I purchased a Garmin Fenix 7X Pro ⌚ which was on sale. The salesman was nice & helpful, had great cutomer service skills. I'll be back
