I purchased a Samsung 34in curved monitor, Logitech MX keyboard and Logitech MX mouse for my WFH setup. Great prices and friendly staff at this store, very happy with my purchase, will be  a returning customer.

Love this shop. Always great value, stock is ready quickly, and they are always friendly and helpful. Walking into the shop kind of feels like you are walking inside a giant computer, and it puts you in the mood to build some awesome new kit!

I attended 8 Mile Plains with a warranty issue DOA and Calvin was such a nice and helpful staff member. It was really great old-school service. He even let me test the replacement part in my PC using his work bench. Great guys here! I highly recommend this place.

The guys at the Eight Miles Plains store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Andrew was so amazing, excellent customer service, went above and beyond. He quickly and without hesitation helped me to do the test and solve the problem. Thanks Andrew! I  would absolutely recommend this store!

Built a Pc over the weekend and had some issues with start up, I've built 3-4 computers in the past and not had issues but i was stumped on this one.  After running out of ideas i thought i would step into Umart to see if they could help, Without any hesitation Andrew & Torin from the Eight Mile Plains jumped in and ran a few test and quickly helped out with my issue when they could of very easily turned me away.  Top level of service from these two and would absolutely recommend this store!

Can not complain at all. Orders are filled quick. No problems with pick up or delivery. Had a few problems with them years ago, but seems like they are really trying alot more now, which is great for them and us as customers. keep it up.

Andrew at Umart Eight Mile Plains was sensational, helping us sort out our new PC build. Great people, great products, great knowledge, sensational service. Highly recommend this team who are always happy to help.

Not a good experience, I was told by one employee that they do price match on non sale items, went into store next day and asked for price match for non sale for same product, other employee made excuses of not getting approved from financial team. Very disappointing as I was gonna get parts worth of $1500, definitely not good experience.

I have purchased all of my computer supplies with Umart for years. A big thank you to the team at Eight Mile Plains who have always been friendly, helpful and professional. A special thank you to Stephanie from tech support for going above and beyond!

You have better return policies with aliexpress than umart. Be absolutely sure seeing reviews that what you are buying is the best, otherwise you are out of luck. I bought TPLink EAP 670 good on paper, however flaky performance especially with latency/ping time. Since nothings obviously wrong with it, I am out of luck. Hardly any reviews on that product yet.
