Been dealing with Umart ever since they first opened in Milton. So yes I have a long term experience with them since year 2000. Customer service over the years had been great. Anyway had gone to their store at Eight Mile Plains this year to get a quote and today picked up some Cat 6 cables at their Mansfield store, I swear this same man who was attending to me was fairly impatient and discourteous same guy from Eight Mile Plains and Mansfield. I suggest you learn to treat you're customers better in future

I came in for a PC repair today, and Andrew was amazing. Not only was he super helpful and knowledgeable, he was also patient and detailed when fixing my computer. He waited for me halfway through the repair while I had to pick up parts from the Mansfield warehouse, and fixed my computer in the next hour. Easy recommendation. Thank you Andrew!

Awesome service. The guys were really really helpful. My first PC build and was ona budget. The sales were helpful but the tips they gave me prior to building and taking the time to take me through some important steps was amazing. Highly recommendednThankyou

Just terrible service, tried to buy a $3 cable website shows available to pick up at Eight mile Plains and the staff at front desk told me they didn’t hold any stock and had to purchase online first, asked me to leave and go Umart Mansfield, then I asked could I buy online now and pick it up straight away? No surprise got refused and funniest part was suggested me to go Computer Alliance if I preferred to pick up immediately, excuse me?! It was hilarious and pretty sure Umart hired a competitor spy there.

Customer service is amazing! The staff here are really friendly and helpful - and they all have a wealth of knowledge to share. Prices are also very competitive!
