Been dealing with Umart ever since they first opened in Milton. So yes I have a long term experience with them since year 2000. Customer service over the years had been great. Anyway had gone to their store at Eight Mile Plains this year to get a quote and today picked up some Cat 6 cables at their Mansfield store, I swear this same man who was attending to me was fairly impatient and discourteous same guy from Eight Mile Plains and Mansfield. I suggest you learn to treat you're customers better in future

I came in for a PC repair today, and Andrew was amazing. Not only was he super helpful and knowledgeable, he was also patient and detailed when fixing my computer. He waited for me halfway through the repair while I had to pick up parts from the Mansfield warehouse, and fixed my computer in the next hour. Easy recommendation. Thank you Andrew!

Been my regular store for all parts for years now. Speedy service and the guys actually knoe what they are talking about. Store is clean and they always display new products. Best pc store on the coast.

I purchased a Samsung 34in curved monitor, Logitech MX keyboard and Logitech MX mouse for my WFH setup. Great prices and friendly staff at this store, very happy with my purchase, will be  a returning customer.

The guys at Umart are fantastic. I wasn't really sure what I needed but they talked me through all the options and had me set up in no time. They were also much cheaper than other suppliers. Their after sales is also outstanding! I will definitely be back and will recommend to all.
