Have never been in store but use the online site.nnI have brought PC monitors and PC parts from them and they have been delivered quickly and packed well. I got myself a new cpu and some ram and it showed up the same week i put the order in. They even gave me a free mouse pad which i thought it was cool.

I believe the store was trying their best to serve the customers and provide good service. However, if you go into the store at the wrong time and see a line of people, it can take a long time until your turn. I went into the store trying to buy a device with 6 people in front of me and all other staffs were serving customers as well, 5 minutes waiting and the line didn't move at all. Ended up leaving and nobody even ask me if they can help. If you wish to buy something from the store, best to buy it online and have it shipped to you.

I highly recommend Computer Alliance to build your dream pc! It had been about 4 years since I got my last pc and I am beyond happy with my new upgrade! I used one of their pre builds available on their website and tweaked a few things, it was very easy to use. I am very happy with the outcome and can definitely see a huge difference when gaming. Thank you so much!

And from what ive heard these guys is that they work hard to find you their valued customers the best prices possible.nThe staff at Computer alliance are always going to help you purchase the correct items for your needs, so you purchase the correct items first time around. Theres heaps of parking as well..

I was helped by Mon, they were extremely helpful to me. I have only used Mac products until now. I was unsure of what type of laptop I needed, to be able to use very specific software only available on windows computers. Mon showed me options, what they were capable of, what these capabilities mean, and compared options and prices. I am very happy with the assistance I was given by all staff, and the continued it support I may require. I now feel confident to move forward with my windows laptop. Thank you Mon!!
