Similar experience to a couple of people. The shop says it's open but they don't process warranties after 430 because they need to tidy up is what they told me. They did mine thankfully after a bit of debate. Phone came back from repair super quickly 2 days later. I was served by the supervisor who proceeded to lecture me and the employee who sent away my phone for repair on how my temporary license isn't appropriate identification to get my phone back? Despite that being what he used to send it away for repair. And he said he remembered me. Seems like he just wanted to argue for the sake of it.  I think this kiosk is giving Samsung a bad name. ‍

Samsung absolutely sucks. You have an issue they charge more than others do being the wholesale company you'd think they should be cheaper, customer service doesn't exist and it seems pointless having a Samsung store if you're not going to compete with Apple then don't have it there. Definitely going back to Apple after this phone dies

Worst product care I have ever seen. Apparently there is only one laptop in store that can do warranty applications. 22 mins wait to get service on a Monday morning 11am. The young guy that served me was chatting and cracking jokes with another employee the whole time. Was charged $700 for a minor crack on the rear glass because Samsung doesn't accept that there could be a warranty issue with the phone, if there is any damage on the phone even if unrelated. Horrible service on a $1600 phone bought outright. Apple is the way to go it seems

Absolutely disgusting service. This will be my last Samsung phone as ill be taking my service and money else where. I have a Samsung S20 Ultra which is still on contract. Ive never had any issue with a Samsung phone until now. My screen started flickering green to the point i couldn't do anything, the phone was unresponsive to resets, i couldn't even turn it off. Went to the Samsung kiosk, waited in line only for staff to ignore me and serve people behind me, they eventually got to me and told me i would need to source a spare phone myself as mine needed to be sent off. I went back the next day, the green had gone and they said i didnt need to send it off. The next day the issue came back. I went to the kiosk to have it sent off and they said they cant unless i have proof of purchase, this was never communicated previously! I had even contacted Samsung online and was not told this. In the end i had to rush to optus who assisted me. Went back to the kiosk and the assistant said they cant process it as they were closed, this was 5.20. I reminded them of the time and they said it made no difference because technically they cant process and technical service requests after 4.30..... again, this was never communicated. I had also been told twice by Samsung online and Optus this kiosk has a tech person on site, this is not true! In the end i went to Harvey Norman who were happy to assist. This kiosk is not worth your time, energy or money!! I strongly recommend you avoid. I expect Samsung to fix my phone or replace it free of charge, if not then ill be passing the details onto ACCC. As far as im concerned this is a manufacturing fault and if Samsung say otherwise then its evident they only produce poor quality products at unreasonable prices with poor to no customer service/after care. Year of being a customer I'm now done!

I not only don't recommend this store, I don't recommend anyone buying Samsung products because their after sales support is pretty much non existent, just like this store, second te trying to deal with them for two different watches, been just as useless for each now. Refuse to repair a watch, out of warranty without an original purchase receipt, I ask it's not a warranty claim, we are paying for replacement battery? Them tell me they need the IMEI number I said to them why don't you get that from the watch? They replay we can't do that, how about using the Samsung registered account to get the details, oh we can't do that.. went to the place I purchased the watch from to get a reprint, still can't do it because there is no IMEI number on the receipt.

Awesome store! Great, friendly and helpful staff. We love Samsung! Them and there products have never let us down. We highly recommend.

The camera of my Galaxy S21 Ultra has focus issues and after a lengthy process of resting everything as instructed by Samsung, the company finally accepted it is a faulty device and it is needed to be fixed. I was told 24 to 48 hours maximum to have my mobile back. So I handed over my mobile on 8 January 2023. Today is 22 January and not only I have not got my mobile fixed and returned, but also I have not been given any update/date. I had to call three times asking why no update and no service provided, the answer every single time has been that we will escalate this and someone will contact you within 2 days. You can guess the rest from here. So basically, there is no customer service at all. Once they milk you and you pay the money for the device you will be on your own.

Very helpful staffs. Went for a trade in yesterday and they took care of the whole process and were really accomodating. Will be coming back for another trade up in future for sure

Very happy. I stopped by the store that's in the middle of the centre on a whim. I ended up trading in my old swing for the new galaxy s22 got about $400 off and the staff  were great. Very helpful and nothing was too much. Thanks all

Fake Samsung store. Dealership only and not Samsung itself. Terrible service and no help with repair or warranty. Unlike other brands they send faulty handset away and expect you to buy and keep spare phones. Will never go again after what I have been through with my $2500 purchase of Z3 Fold.
