Vivace Music is a local instrumental store in Brisbane, Australia. We have 2 Levels of showrooms with most of the major brands and types of instruments on display. I've been a Vivace Music customer for over 15 years and while I have occasionally strayed and gone to other stores, I keep coming back to them for price and service. I was at their Sunnybank Hills store recently and purchased a new digital piano. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me, the price on the piano was the best in town and the delivery exceptional. How can I go anywhere else? Love you guys!!

The lady there isn't friendly, just sitting, didn't even ask what I needed. Most of the items are out of stock. The store is close to my home, but it is fortunate that I didn't buy anything here and went to a far Vivace store. Worth it.

Ordered a microphone in November 2023 for a Christmas present, website said it was in stock, but found out the week before Christmas that it actually wasn't in stock and they hadn't even ordered any more. Emails to Vivace have been on and off, sometimes requiring multiple emails just for a response. Was told early to mid-January for delivery, but so far, still nothing, website actually shows that it's on backorder now. Extremely disappointed. Waiting 2 months plus for an item their website said was in stock.  Edit: Just read that it's a management decision to list items as in stock when they're actually not. Great way to absolutely tank your store rating from otherwise apparently good customer service

Website says in stock and only found out when I called after 2 weeks of waiting for the email to pick them up, that they had ordered them in and were in fact, not in stock. Gave 2 stars as their customer service was decent when I called them and was easy to cancel the order.

Needed a glockenspiel case. Staff were kind enough to advise of stock and hold one for us till the weekend. Very friendly and a pleasant experience at the store. Recommended.

Shipped quickly but when there was an item from my order missing they didn't respond either to my multiple emails over the last month OR when I used their 'contact us' form on their website AND are unreachable via phone because when I call I just wait on hold listening to their recorded message for ages until it says they're unreachable and hangs up on me. Very frustrating, they haven't given me what i've paid for and are completely uncontactable about it.

DON'T TRUST THE ONLINE STORE STOCK INFO!!!  Disclaimer: I would like to point out that the staff members I spoke to were both really lovely, understanding and apologetic and I thank them for their assistance. They were not the problem.  Issue: On two occasions I have made purchases from Vivace Music's online store. A Fender Strat worth over $1000 back in April, and a Fender Delay pedal just last week.  Both items were listed as "in stock" on the website, but after a few days I had not received any shipping info. I called the store and in both circumstances was told the items I had purchased were not in stock at all, but on back order with no ETA.  One staff member told me it was a "management decision" to list items as "in stock" when they actually are not. This is a poor business practice and is effectively lying to your online customers.  If its listed as "in stock" on their website, don't believe it. Call and check with them before you make a purchase and save yourself the run around.  As a result of having the same issue twice I will not be making any further purchases with this shop.

I highly recommend Vivace Music! Firstly because their prices are so competitive! Secondly - I ordered a guitar as a gift for my friend - as it was her birthday they helped me by prioritising the order and printed a beautiful birthday message from me. Delivery was fast and the packaging was very secure. My friend loved the gift! The staff at Vivace Music are so friendly and helpful - I’m so grateful!
