Popped in to grab a vacuum for my mother and the attention of the staff Ihaka with the competitiveness hands down made the entire experience. I stood in good guys for an hour... i just wish your pokemon was as competitive so I can come in more

Thank you for the help and effort to assist with my phone purchase yesterday and today for a new dishwasher purchase. Your store assistant was wonderful and very helpful in getting things done having had a phone and dishwasher die in the space of two days at the end of the year when it's often likely a tricky time to do shopping. Highly recommended and a huge thank you to the staff member who helped us. Please pass this on to them.

Customer service is horrendous. I needed a quote for a purchase of an item worth approx $550. Phoned, emailed and phoned again. Zero response. You lost that sale that was a sure thing. I was told when I phoned there was staffing issues. That’s not my problem as a customer. I won’t be using you for future purchases either.

Good shop with good staff. Please take away all display units that you do not have stock of. After visiting 5 shops with various units on display but no stock, I gave up and shopped at the Good guys.

Very friendly staff. They offer you with all the knowledge they have. It gets busy during the evening hours and weekend. Also they do price match so take advantage of that. Easy to get from parking too. However I prefer to park outside as it’s easier that way.
