A huge thank you to the manager and team at JB Hi‑Fi Capalaba. After I accidentally smashed my TV, they went out of their way to help and even delivered the replacement to me. This store has a real community feel and genuinely cares about its customers.nnI also want to give a big thank you to John at JB Hi‑Fi. Every time we come in with questions about monitors, gaming specs, or anything tech‑related, he’s amazing. He’s patient, explains things clearly, and has a depth of knowledge that really shows. It makes such a difference having someone who takes the time to help properly. We’re always grateful for his support.
Great service at JB Hi-Fi Capalaba. They replaced my faulty HDMI cable without any problems. The funny part is that I spent quite a while carefully packing the 5-meter cable back into the box, but they didn't even open it to check! The exchange was quick and hassle-free. Thanks to the team for making the process so easy. Highly recommended.
Jo from the tech section was absolutely amazing. Her years of experience and knowledge is undeniable. I had an issue most would shy away from and honestly don't think anyone else would have been able to assist with. Stopped everything to help me over 2 visits and got the job done. JB need to give her a shares in the company or something huge for the way she handles the area and her customers! I will be back, thanks again!!
No service. Which I loved!!! not being chased around the store. After 5-10min as soon as I looked lost hahaha .was offered help which was perfect and counter staff happy go lucky awesome experience.
Shane was incredibly helpful regarding the ordering and delivery needs of a dryer for my grandfather. He went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. Answered all questions I had about the product and delivery etc. very respectful and the over all customer service Shane gave was exceptional.
