Never had a worst experience from a store, stood around for 30 minutes waiting for service and they'd be completely ignoring to go to the more elderly generation, and would have two people assisting the one customer? Hate to be the one assume but I personally belief it's due to the fact that I'm younger they'd assume I wouldn't be spending as much on jewellery as anyone else would. You'd assume I'd at least get a courtesy "I'll be with you in a minute", once pulled up about the issue multiple times they'd say they're dealing with someone else and completely walk away. Rude and arrogant. Ended up going to Wallace Bishop and was in and out in 5.
