If I could give negative stars, I would.nnAfter purchasing this item online, it was fulfilled and sent via the Capalaba store. This is the state of the item when it got here.nnNot only is the product packaging unfit for resale, the actual product is missing multiple items. How someone from this store deemed a product in this condition was suitable to be packaged and sent to a customer beggars belief.nnKmart should be ashamed.
Very disappointed at how deceiving a staff member was to hide a pricing mistake. I bought 4 items which came up with a different price than those on the shelf. Too long to explain here, but being taken for a fool is indeed disappointing
Well presented store, smaller in realestate compared to other Kmart but has everything most stores do. The self service checkouts we’re having a bad day as most of them were out of order the day i visited.
On Sunday, I didnt have much going on, dropped the kids to soccer practice and found myself with a very rare 20 minutes free so I decided to treat myself at the local Kmart Kmart Capalaba. I could not recommend this store enough, I used to go to Kmart garden city/Upper Mount Gravatt but they changed their store layout making it a bit complicated to locate the items I needed so I did some research and found Kmart Capalaba was 1. closer and used the old layout, HOORAH!. This store was stocked mostly, very clean and the staff were attentive and helpful. One young man named I believe, Kabeer was extremely helpful, my daughter wanted a pack of pastel sharpie highlighters but I was having a bit of trouble finding it, I didnt even need to as. Kabeer simply asked if I needed help with anything and then proceeded to not only check the shelves, but when it wasn't there and I was about to go home unsuccessful, he stopped me and offered to check out the back, now I have heard rumours that these retail workers just use this as an excuse to go and play on their device for 5 minutes so I was a bit doubtful. However 2 minutes later Kabeer came back with 2 options and 1 was correct! I really hope Kmart has some sort of reward because this service was really great and I hope to see more service like this. Way to go Kmart capalaba!
Change room was so dusty I still have hay fever 1 hour later. Yawning, itchy nose, eyes and sneezing. After I served myself at the checkout and packed it away in the pram and staff then wanted me to take it out again to scan the product at the exit. Why??? Just serve people at the register and check it there??
