If I could give negative stars, I would.nnAfter purchasing this item online, it was fulfilled and sent via the Capalaba store. This is the state of the item when it got here.nnNot only is the product packaging unfit for resale, the actual product is missing multiple items. How someone from this store deemed a product in this condition was suitable to be packaged and sent to a customer beggars belief.nnKmart should be ashamed.
Today, I was helped by a staff member named Charlie. He was very helpful in assisting me to find items and even went to the stock to grab items that were not available at that time.nExcellent customer service!!!
I had a horrible experience with Kat and her manager at the refund counter. Despite having proof of purchase they refused me a refund for a present I received from my 80 year old mum who lives interstate because I could not produce the card it was purchased on. The manager was some dude with tats who you could tell just did not give a hoot about his job or me the customer.nnA clear breach of Australian consumer law by Kmart. I can’t remember my last purchase in Kmart but I hate the peasant culture of this shop. I won’t be back and they won’t miss me!
Had a click and collect meant to be ready at 4pm yesterday. I ordered at 9 am and it still wasn’t ready at 4, fine with me maybe they’re running behind. I gave at another 2 hours and guessed that it’ll just be done today. Rang the store to check if something had gone wrong and they didn’t answer 3 separate calls spaced 15 mins apart and I was waiting in the line 5 mins each time. called again 2 times today and still no answer. Worst Kmart by far. just go to victoria point where they actually help you and get huge orders out within 2 hours
Well presented store, smaller in realestate compared to other Kmart but has everything most stores do. The self service checkouts we’re having a bad day as most of them were out of order the day i visited.
