Well presented store, smaller in realestate compared to other Kmart but has everything most stores do. The self service checkouts we’re having a bad day as most of them were out of order the day i visited.
Amazing service, the store is so well displayed, one of the cleanest Kmart stores I have been in. It’s nice to see staff having a good laugh while working, you don’t see that to often these days.
I was so pleased with the service I received from Kmart Capalaba the other day. They went above and beyond to help me find the item I was after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back again.
Had a seriously baffling customer service experience today! Staff had priced an entire section of lamps wrong - we didn’t really care but they said they’d refund the extra. We went to the back service desk for the refund and were met with 2 of the most outspokenly, blatantly rude staff! Snapping at us when we tried to explain things and then arguing when we asked to chat with someone else. Left the store totally in shock at how nasty staff members Kat and Ash were! Saw name tags. They had no shame in being so snappy and nasty with their name tags on soooo they obviously don’t care about themselves or their stores reputation
Not a great experience todaynNo trolleys and our shop required 3 xnI asked the guy at the entrance where they were and he said they used a new company and they don't start till 11 amnHe told me to go and get one from Woolworths or TargetnAstoundingnIn the end I had to go out to the carpark and collect 2 x myself as my friend had brought one In herselfnMy suggestion is change your trolley guysnNo one is going to wait until they turn up at 11 am to do their jobnAnd 2nd suggestion abandon your post for 2 mins and provide a good customer experience and go and get some for your customers
