I was treated terribly By the lady working the morning shift near the fitting change rooms. On the 25th Of May. I’ve been needing to buy some new work clothes so I decided to try on some new clothes. The lady whilst I was Trying on my clothes called out and said the lady in the family room are you all good? Which I thought that’s fine she’s just checking. I said yes I’ll I’m nearly done. God forbid I took my time To work out what items I’m looking on getting. At this stage, I was sorting out my piles of what I was getting and what I was not. As I left, she was looking at me whispering to a customer. As if I was suspicious. I then handed her the clothes that was not what I was going to be purchasing and she looked at me weirdly and so what are you gonna do with that other pile. I said I was keeping it She met me with a disgusting look and I felt incredibly embarrassed In front of the people around who saw her how she was treating me. Truly such disgusting service I don’t know whether or not she was profiling me but I just wanted to enjoy my shopping experience and that could not happen.
We stayed at Evans Head Reflections it was a great stay we caught up with some friends enjoyed the beach and park the grounds and park area is keep clean to a high standard i would recommend it .the cabin's keep clean and tidy. I highly recommend this holiday resort.
Visiting Kmart Capalaba recently was a disappointing experience due to an interaction with a staff member named Stevie. While the store itself was clean and well-stocked, Stevie’s attitude at the register completely ruined the visit.nFrom the moment I walked up, she was visibly dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked a simple question about an item's price, she rolled her eyes and answered with unnecessary attitude, making it feel like helping a customer was a massive inconvenience. Customer service requires basic courtesy, but Stevie showed none. Hopefully, management at the Capalaba location takes time to retrain their staff on basic professionalism, as bad service like this ruins an otherwise good store.
I previously worked in retail, where online orders were typically prepared within an hour. Based on that experience, I expected a similar level of efficiency.nI placed an order yesterday at 3pm and returned at 9:30am the following morning to check on its progress. At that time, I was advised that my order was ‘fourth in line’ and that it would be ready by 4pm that day.nDue to the extended delay, I chose to cancel the order and purchase the items in-store instead, where I also ended up spending less.nI would encourage you to review and improve your click and collect turnaround times, as this experience was disappointing.nLady at the counter was nice though!
Have been to this Kmart many many times. I've never had an issue. Staff are usually helpful, stock is mostly always available and I always get a great bargain with their clearance deals. Honestly, one of the better ones.
