I went into this store the other day, I needed to have a couple of ring's resized and my Pandora bracelets + charm's cleaned. I also had some inherited jewellery that I wanted to be made into a pendent and I was wondering if this was possible it is We went into so much detail about my design for a perfect end result. The lady that served me was lovely, she took her time making sure that the resize would be perfect by trying on all different size bands to see which fit the best. As I was at the counter another lady came in with her little girl and the staff member who looked after them was amazing. I have been in this shop a couple of times now over the years and I have never had a bad experience, I have always found the staff very helpful and polite. I received a phone call today informing me that my Pendent was ready to pick up. So I went to the store, When I saw what the end result looked like I was speechless and almost in tears. This pendent is in remembrance of my best mates and the only two breeds for me. Outstanding service, outstanding workmanship. If I could give this store 10 stars I would . I would recommend this store to anyone who wanted something made, cleaned, or purchase a new gift for someone. Thank You Showcase Jewellers for the amazing job you have done for me, This will be a family heirloom once I have passed. There is not another one like it.
Always good service here. Have been served by lots of different consultants 4 or so over a short period and all have been very very helpful. They take the time to package everything nicely. Something for everyone and every occasion. Great local business.
Whenever we go to Capalaba Park we always include window-shopping at Showcase Jewellers because their displays are interesting and varied and are clearly very good quality. The prices are also most reasonable. We have now purchased several items of value and have had work done on some of our existing jewellery. Joy and her staff have provided excellent service because they are friendly and most helpful and they also have depth of knowledge and the exquisite sense of knowing what does and does not “go”. In other words, you can trust them. We have been unfailingly happy with our purchases and will continue to avail ourselves of their services.
I would like to say a huge thank you to the team and the Jeweller at Showcase for helping my husband and I to choose our perfect wedding rings. Both my engagement and wedding ring are handmade at showcase and I couldn't be happier. All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable making it a pleasant shopping experience. THANK YOU!!!
Terrible service and business owners. Once they have your money they don't want to know you. I ordered a ring from one of their design books and when the ring arrived and I tried it on, it did not look and feel as expected. I explained that I'd like to purchase/upgrade to a different size and they had the hide to tell me I'd need to buy ANOTHER brand new ring. The business owner flat out refused any refund or credit and was extremely rude in telling me so, basically informing me I should take it up with the ACCC and that I'd most likely fair poorly with them. There was no detailing of any return policies throughout any sales conversations, nor was there any signage clearly marked in the store detailing their return policies or complete lack thereof. How do you get away with absolutely No Return Policy when competitors like Michael Hill and Blue Nile offer it as part of their service? What a scam! AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Terrible service!!! I went into the store today to look at some wedding rings and was treated with disdain when I said I asked to look at some wedding rings and when I advised the woman who was serving me that I didn’t want to spend the amount of money that the ring she was showing me, she just stared at me and was non respondent. I wasn’t offered any other suggestions, I just received a blank stare of someone who couldn’t be bothered serving me because I didn’t want to spend a certain amount on a ring. I left the store feeling terribly judged and apauled by the treatment I received. I suggest these rude ladies don’t judge a book by its cover in future.
I went to your shop on the weekend to have a clasp and a ring put on a necklace I got for. Mothers Day.Quote $78.Then I remembered a local Jeweller who works from home and he did it for $15.How do you account for that.Very wrong.
