Great service all the way. I came in just before Christmas to have a look - they were the only flooring store open on a Sunday in Capalaba. I was greeted by Alex who happily showed me around the store and discussed all the different flooring options even though I told him I was just looking around. When I called several weeks later another staff member, Michael made it really easy and quick to shchedule a visit and quote with Alex whom I had dealt with originally. When our floors were laid their tradesmen worked quickly and were very clean. The team made the whole process very stress free thanks to their great customer service and industry knowledge. Thanks guys!

Shambles. Sales guy comes out to measure up and we specifically asked about some tile adhesive that was still on the floor. We were doing a reno and not needing the flooring to be laid for a few weeks so had time for any prep work that might be needed. The guy says don't worry about it because the vinyl you have bought will go right over it no problem. In fact, that will help to grip the vinyl. Eventually the fitters arrive (6 hours late I might add) and tell me that the adhesive still on the floor will ruin the vinyl and we need to spend "another couple of hundred bucks" sheeting the floor before the vinyl is laid. I spoke to the manager at Carpet Call who agreed with the fitter, despite what his salesman had said. I'm getting a refund but I've wasted a day off work waiting in for this guy, and the flooring was meant to be timed around the reno as a whole. Now I have to go out and find some more flooring (and prep the floor at more time / cost) and have to take more time off work for the fitting (again, I had the fitters booked around my time off). When I specifically asked the sales guy about the adhesive, I expect the right answer. Not the answer that just gets him his sale. Overall this is going to cost me a lot more in money, time and stress. Overall I'm extremely unhappy with Carpet Call and couldn't possibly recommend them.
