Great service over the phone, unfortunately the attitude of the counter staff was quite abrupt and unfriendly. Customer service is definitely lacking for weekend staff.

They have changed the layout inside. Went in and selected what I wanted then stood at the 'new' checkout for 10 minutes waiting to see if anyone noticed. No one did so I left. I could have just walked out with my goods but I left them on the counter. What a waste of my time. Never again.
