Spent $380 dollars on workpants were the wrong size asked to exchange to one size bigger but was refused because they had been washed and had no tags, receipt was no longer than 2 days old , my receipt clearly states will exchange but will not refund I only needed to exchange never worn only washed BUYER beware I lost out $380 bucks I feel completely ripped off I now have 3 pairs of pants that are useless to me and outta pocket $380 bucks BUYER BEWARE OF CAPALABA STORE
Went in to buy wellies, girl says do you mean gumboots? Then said we don't have any. What's going on? No wellies? For how long? Totally WOW!
Received the best customer service from a new young employee. I was really impressed with him how he conducted himself. A real asset to the company to have such a mature young man to trust with his ability to communicate and assist with every aspect of the job. The store had what we were after. The store looks well set out and will definitely be back when we need anything more.
Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Husband has always had issues with wide feet but no one has ever recommended a specific brand. Michelle helped us by navigating us to the Steel Blue work boots which hubby said "were like clouds". She was not pushy at all and was so fantastic with her level of customer service! They also happened to have a competition going for a fridge freezer which we were told about and won! Such a lovely way to ring in the new year. Great job to all of the staff at this store!

Great service at tww Capalaba. Friendly staff that went above and beyond. Danielle helped me find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be heading back for any workwear I need in the future. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was in store today yes got acknowledged. Gentleman and lady were talking on the phone to there mother whilst i needed help with trying on shoe size. After 10min someone came over. Have visited store a few times and the service this time has me looking elsewhere.
