Range is good, pricing is generally competitive, staff are friendly and are always willing to help. Unfortunately, there is often not enough of them during busy times. This is frustrating when you need staff to provide shoes for fitting, hence why you lost a star.
The young man serving in the shoe area needs to improve his customer service. I was looked over whilst next in line to be served as he went to serve two younger people who came in after me. I am older but that shouldn't be the issue. A simple who was next would have been nice if he didn’t know. But I believe he did know.
When policy stops your staff from being a decent human beings then you’ve lost the plot. When it takes 2 staff to bring the item to your car click and collect but then they say their policy doesn’t allow them to help me lift it into the car. Bring a small lady this wasn’t easy to do alone. They even went as far as saying “you can ask another customer to help you but we can’t”. Do better Rebel.
