I visited around noon today to buy a new phone, and I was assisted by a lovely staff member—I believe her name was Dabby. I was using some remaining gift card balances, so the checkout process was a bit more complicated than usual, but she was incredibly patient and friendly throughout. Great service and a pleasant experience!
Antonio was so helpful and supportive. He helped me to find a great fast charger for my phone and was very kind. He made cyclone Alfred and power outage so much easier for me to cope with. Amazing service. He made a challenging situation for me a pleasant experience.nHis customer service is superb and so much appreciated.
Simply needed to copy some documents and was given guidance on how to access the machine. A small place to collate the copies was also welcomed. On needing a stapler the friendly staff provided one for me. Great effort folks.
Staff are amazing. A great store considering the location on that insane busy road. Carpark is trash and half the size it should be for the store. Most of what you want is here but other Brisbane stores I've found have been better for range and size. I love stationery, maybe they are hiring haha
I signed up with Officeworks for business instore. My acvount was set up. At the counter they wouldn't honor the 5% discount even though my account was set up. Reason.. at their side it wasn't set up. Where's that my problem? The girls at counter were more than happy to let me walk out without a sale of $400. One very unhappy customer. My time is valuable. Extremely poor customer service.
