Backordered a desk that I was told would be available to collect 1 week later. Flash forward two months and the staff in store can't help and the 1300 number they tell you to call cannot do anything to help me. I get fobbed off repeatedly and get terrible customer service. Possibly the worst service I have ever received from any company ever. Even now every time I call for an update on the ETA on the desk is different. Absolutely pathetic. Won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

Huge selection, friendly staff always willing to help, price matching, never had a problem getting a car park even when really busy and easy to find.

Wide selection and very friendly staff. Special thanks for the lady who helped us with printing insurance policy. Also high five to Italian guy for great attitude.

Last minute booklist to get at 8.40pm the night before school goes back and officeworks capalaba staff went out of their way!....Thank you so much for running around the store to help me!....Extremely appreciative!
