I wanted an A1 colour poster printed asap. The website says it would take 3 days before I could collect. I phoned the store to ask if they could do it sooner and they happily did it for me on the same day. Great service. So helpful! Great price!
I recently had an unpleasant experience at Office Work Capalaba that I feel compelled to share. I went to purchase a laptop which their website indicated was in stock. Upon arrival, I was informed they didn't have it and was offered the display model at a $100 discount, but without a box. I accepted this.nnUpon getting home, I discovered that it came with a non-original power supply. When I returned to address the issue, the sales manager, John, treated me with blatant disrespect. He implied that lacking the original power supply was the consequence of buying a display item and dismissed my preference for a new item, as stated on their website.nnWhen I questioned his attitude and lack of eye contact, he mocked me to his colleagues. Even after this, they only took my details to order the power supply, providing no proof of this action. This lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. The manager's rude behavior, along with the failure to provide the correct product and necessary accessories, reflects poorly on Office Work Capalaba.
I’ve come in a few times recently but experienced nothing but condescending and rude behaviour from the staff… especially from Hannah. They are staff being paid to do a service and they don’t want to help their paying customers. I will be avoiding officeworks Capalaba. I hope the staff can start to change their ways and attitude to make it a more pleasant experience.

Staffed by teenagers & lead by a rude, offensive & condescending manager Hi John explains why its devoid of any form of customer service & ethics. Try finding a happy smiling staff member in the place! Desperately needs new management who know company policies & the basics of customer service ethos
