In its infancy this store and its staff were fantastic. Some of its staff are still wonderful. HOWEVER, the staff member drenched in rainbow “inclusivity” badges and rainbow lanyard is one of the most condescending and aggressive people I’ve come across. Be aware!
Visit Milton instead. Capalaba has the lowest quality customer service of any Officeworks I've visited. They didn't treat the elderly couple in front of me in the queue respectfully when they didn't bring their receipt and asked for a refund, nor do they price match. Try another Officeworks.
Lovely staff but hopless store, before starting asked if i could staple documents back together, was told no worries but when i went to do this was informed staplers broken. Outrageous charge of 40$ to scan 50 double sided pages to email, but wont work as cant email 10mb. Start again, phocopied document cost 10$. Now im stuffed as i cant return unstapled originals to owner. Very dissatisfied
I’ve come in a few times recently but experienced nothing but condescending and rude behaviour from the staff… especially from Hannah. They are staff being paid to do a service and they don’t want to help their paying customers. I will be avoiding officeworks Capalaba. I hope the staff can start to change their ways and attitude to make it a more pleasant experience.
I wanted an A1 colour poster printed asap. The website says it would take 3 days before I could collect. I phoned the store to ask if they could do it sooner and they happily did it for me on the same day. Great service. So helpful! Great price!
