i was served by a worker after i had kindky stepped infront of a lady whi had pushed the line qouting ‘ i think i was behind these lovely ladys ‘ trying to defuse anything bc i was jn a hurty for my bus im only young and the worker hannah had served me n then pushed me to the side n served another 4 ppl i didnt think much of it until she giggled n then asked me for all my details again she didnt put my payment through and i was treated poorly when my mannerisms. were respectful im actually a younf buissness owner who comes here regularly for cards ect but i will most definitely be switching to alternative online marketing agencys in future
Came to self print 100+ photos. Had to try all 4 photo kiosks before one would read my brand new usb containing photos for printing. It doesnt tell you but it can only accept up to 100 photos at a time so I had to cancel job to go back and check what would have been printed. The POS at the machine wouldn’t take my payment for either transaction - machine restarted both times. Finally paid and got to printer to queue both jobs. Both jobs queue on the same printer. I eventually flag down a staff member as they didn’t want to acknowledge customers waiting for service, advised I’m in a hurry and can we print the second job on another printer. Yes I’ll do that for you. Doesn’t do that for me. Just had to cancel a Physio appointment as 50 MINS LATER the print job has only just finished. Sub-par experience. Would expect better for such a busy store.
I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I drove 30 kilometers to your location to have some documents bound, only to be told that this service requires a prior appointment and that the documents would only be ready several days later.nPlease make sure this information is clearly stated on your website and in the service descriptions, so customers are not misled and can plan their visit accordingly.
Always lots of staff to help out n they r just so nice! Got best service n help on recent trip for printing downloaded stuff off my phone, cos I'm ancient, the gorgeous girl just pushed this n that, printed, laminated and cut for me!! Wow! N then a lovely young man got my said 2% phone a car cord...very impressed by such great service. Thanx Capalaba crew!!
Terrible service. Staff didnt seem to care about my purchase. I was spending alot of money on a smart watch and wanted to make sure I was getting the right one. One girl was helpful. The staff seemed lost and annoyed. I almost didnt purchase anything I got that arritated by the environment. Really dissapointing, do better and make your customers feel welcome and not a hassle. Wont be returning to this store.
