I am a stay at home dad, and i visit this store often. The staff and always very friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I like this store, but the helpfulness of the staff can be hit or miss. The staff in the James Street store are much more attentive

Wide varieties of baby stuffs are available under one roof. Rates are reasonable. Service is good.

Great range of baby stuff. However we bought a bouncer that was on sale for $139 grabbed the box for the same one, went to pay for it and it scanned for $189. The bouncer was exactly the same as the one on the shelf, the best they did for my wife was offer her the display stock for $139 with no discount, the bouncer we recieve came with no manual or any other instruction. Iater went to the store to see if there was any difference in the bouncers and there was none... i'm quite disappointed in the service recieved.
