I wished this store was my local one but it was definitely worth the drive out. It's the best customer service and the staff actually care. Especially when I was nap trapped and a staff member came out to my car to give me my replacement parts. I highly recommend this Capalaba store. Thank you for great work.
Visiting the very large Baby Bunting store at Capalaba was like entering a magical wonderland where everything a baby could possibly need was available. A huge range of stock from beautiful clothing to nappies, car seats, prams, strollers and everything in between. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We will be back.
I had such a great experience with Mel while looking for a new car seat. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me compare options and find the right fit. Mel even came out to check our current seat and noticed it wasn’t reaching the correct height marker due to a fault I hadn’t picked up on. She acted quickly, contacted Britax for assessment, and organised for the seat to be sent away—no delays.nnIn the meantime, she fitted a loan seat with ease and made the whole process feel stress-free.nMel went above and beyond to help, and her support and care made such a difference.nThank you again, Mel!
A very well stocked place with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The BIGGEST let down are the prices! It seems you add the words baby or wedding to some everyday items and you can overcharge 40%! Of course I made the percentage up, but wow, this place is incredibly expensive.
Was great service. Got explained how things work on the new car seat and staff were near by when needed but not too in your face while we made the decision.
