Our experience at the Furniture Shack was excellent. They have a wide range of furniture and Rita was super helpful with assisting us to find exactly what we wanted. Pick up was quick and easy, Rita gave us simple instructions and even helped us load our new outdoor furniture into our car. The furniture is sturdy, great quality and looks lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Ask for Rita! We were super indecisive and she helped us out with a rug and outdoor set. I’m no good with design but she knows what will look good, will steer you in the right direction and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We love our new furniture!

Had a great experience at the Capalaba Furniture Shack store. I only needed something small for my space but Rita was extremely helpful and really guided me to make to right decision for what I wanted. I am very happy with the outcome - I’ll be back for sure!!

I have been looking for outdoor furniture for our new home. I have visited quite a few stores and was frustrated with the lack of service. Either I was fobbed off when I asked questions or just left to wander around the store.  Went to FS at Capalaba and wish I had gone there first. There salesperson, Rita, was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Excellent service like this is hard to find these days..Thanks Rita.

Julie and Joanna at the Wakerley warehouse were absolutely fantastic. We're so happy with our new outdoor three seater! But the customer service has to be commended!!!

Julie helped find me find an outdoor table and chairs to fit just what I needed - she listened, mentally "processed" the stock and hey, presto, came up with the right combination.  Slick, cheerful and accommodating!

Julie at the Furniture Shack capalaba  is excellent. Her knowledge of the products and meeting my needs was excellent.

Great products and - Great service. Rita went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Highly recommended
