Noel from the Capalaba branch was friendly, informative and only happy to go the extra mile. The mattress we bought is just what we wanted and not too pricey to boot. Cannot recommend them enough.

I bought a bed frame, it has a major scratch on it. They do not replace or fix or refund right a way. They asked me to wait a week for a respond from the supplier. After a week, I called them, they said they will call supplier today. Nothing has been done. They can't even tell me a fix time frame. I have to threaten them to call snooze head office or fair trade, just to get an "some sort" of answer in a day. I'm calling head office tomorrow, and then fair trade. NEVER BUYING HERE ANYMORE. NOT HAPPY!

partner and i went in to snooze Capalaba today to look at queen mattresses or possibly a king and came out with a king mattress and bed frame new pillows, sheets and mattress protector and it wasn't because of any up selling, purely because of how good of quality the products are and how helpful lily and the rest of the staff where to help us make a decision, my partner and i would highly recommend snooze Capalaba to any one wanting a new mattress or bed. we are so looking forward to having our new set up within the next couple of weeks. thanks again lily and everyone at snooze capalaba your amazing.

Great experience, got sleep matched to a bed & the staff gave us a pretty good discount! Best sleep I've had with my new matress :)

I waited until our new mattress had been delivered before leaving a review so that i could comment on the whole process. First and foremost i sing the praises of Lilly who served us over 3 separate visits. She was helpful,knowledgeable and managed the rare knack of being both completely attentive and yet not hovering over my partner and I in that annoying salesperson way that is guaranteed to put me off every time. We knew we needed to make a careful choice quickly and shopped around to every bed store in the area but although obviously the mattress was the deciding factor Lilly's professional yet pleasant service made the choice much easier. Really happy so far (1 night!)on our new mattress and looking forward to many good night's sleep! Thank you to Noel for efficient delivery and helping me move out old mattress when he turned up and my partner was still at work. I was intetested in the bed match technology that shows the pressure points when a person is lying down in bed. Highly recommended snooze capalaba. Mattress most expensive i have ever bought but expecting it to also prove by far the best...
