The outdoor furniture I ordered was great, however their promotions are a scam. They had a promotion to receive a free outdoor rug when you spend over a $1100. The rug conveniently didn’t show up with the delivery and I was told by the third party delivery driver that the outlet “forgot to include it and would be in contact to arrange delivery”. A week later I have sent two follow up emails and have had no response. As a consumer, that promotion was a cherry on top of my purchase and to know it was a lie is just annoying.
