Have been waiting for over a month for one bottle of solution, was told it would be here next week two weeks ago they then repeated the same thing just now on the phone.nWhen asked if I could cancel and get a refund they stated it can only be done online then hung up fast. Rude and dismissive.

Fantastic service from Jack D and his supervisors in the phone/computer section. Jack was fairly new but is already a superstar, very patient and friendly and his Supervisors were great at providing excellent support when needed. Highly recommend seeing this team - helpful for all your needs!
There is a reason why I normally use appliances online and will continue to after my recent purchase of a fridge from HN. Sale guy was nice and got a good deal, but thats about it. As I type at 5:30pm on a Friday still awaiting delivery that I had to call up about once already this morning, should have been here at 1pm. I called at 4:30pm and was told it was loaded 20mins earlier. The point is, that I was told I would be messaged a delivery window the day before, I did not get that. I have had to do the calling, been given a time and still waiting very late on a Friday afternoon. Poor delivery contact and service is a let down particularly for a fridge and means I will continue to use AO. Load planning and customer contact is not rocket science. If I knew service was that poor I would have picked it up myself and saved time and money.If you are reading this review use appliances online - they price match and do free delivery.
Beth at Harvey Norman Capalaba is absolutely amazing . So very friendly & she truly listened to what we were after . Her advice & knowledge is astounding & Beth truly went above & beyond in making sure we were 100 % happy . Not only did Beth give us amazing deals , she also ordered some of our products in too. Beth looked after us from our very first visit right through to the collection of all our products .nAlthough the Capalaba store is not my local Harvey norman store , it is now the store I shall purchase from so I can continue to be looked after by Beth .nBeth you are a true credit to the Harvey Norman team at Capalaba .
