I only ever buy furniture from DAN SMITH. He is absolutely BRILLIANT! Helpful, honest, and eager to get exactly what I need - every - single - time. Recently, my kitchen designer looked at my finished deck, and discovered we had the SAME outdoor setting. We raved about the quality, functionality and our delight that the setting had delivered many joyous occasions as we spent more time outdoors. Dan recommended this setting, and he wasn't wrong about it being the best, even my designer has it. Dan has also sold me Australian made leather lounge, dining suite, and too many other things to list. I have the utmost confidence in Dan, and I will follow him to any furniture store he works at, because I trust in him - and that's rare in sales. I need a bed Dan, so if you could just get Harvey to let you sell whatever you want kind of like Harrods, I'd buy one from Harvey and it would save me the hassell of having to look elsewhere. I'll be back - I'm thrilled with my purchases and the customer service - nothing compares.
The gals and guys that took care of me a few weeks ago were awesome. It was near closing time I wasn’t rushed, I knew what I wanted and they were right on it. Their personalities were helpful with a sprinkle of humour.nJenny assisted me with purchasing my bissell stick vacuum, she was fantastic, also went out of her way to give me a good price.. must be the name lol
Greg was super helpful. He helped us choose the right soundbar by connecting them up to some music so we could hear how it sounded before making a purchase and he gave us an exceptional deal! Would highly recommend going in and seeing Greg, he goes above and beyond to help!
Wasn't too impressed today just bought a heavy item and asked if i could have the young man take it to my car as it was very quiet, i thought that should be a given to help a senior, something i did all the time for customers when i worked at Harvey Norman 20 years ago, but instead the lady told me to go to woollies and get a shopping cart and use that Wasn't happy, not inly do i have pain in my hip when walking but it was way up the other end of the centre plus i felt like a criminal stealing the trolly. No wonder they are quiet there wont be going back soon
