Good store. Excellent display of furniturs.. Got an electronics section too, but disappointed with store pickup option. Was sent back once when I went there with the confirmation email. Was ready in next visit.

Visited HN Capalaba Central on 15/2 and was greeted by a guy in the notebook sales dept. Asked if he knew of any cheap notebooks which could accommodate an SSD HDD. He made a good effort by even opening up a notebook to check for me, really nice guy but unfortunately didn't suit my needs. However, when I asked him about a brand of notebook I hadn't heard of before, a fellow staff member literally shouted across the room "Those OLLEE notebooks are s#$%". Now this really didn't help me in any constructive manner AT ALL. Would of bought something (maybe even the notebook I asked about) If the sales person wasn't so rude and I wasn't so put off about his attitude. Sorry I couldn't get names, however I could probably tell you if HN replied with the notebook sales guys names.

Terrible service in the camera department. Went into price up and buy a camera, stood there for 5-10minutes waiting for the sales assistant to acknowledge us. Then we turned around and left and he still didn’t say anything. Worst service ever and will not be visiting this filthy store again.

If you go in after 5pm don’t expect service. Multiple staff standing around chatting and avoiding having to interact with customers. Obviously waiting to clock off. Very disappointing. Good Guys will be the winners!

Excellent service. Trevor went out of his way to help my wife and I select the right phone. He even said to come back if we needed help to set it up. Highly recommend
