I had a click and collect online order that ended up having to be refunded.nI place the order in the morning, waiting around 2 hours and didn’t receive any confirmation that my order was ready.nI went in store to follow up. The Service Counter was unattended, and was in a fairly poor condition with monitors not working and just the appearance of being untidy.nOnce the service counter attendant came to the counter I asked about my online order.nThey went and checked came back with a response of it not being ready and would take around 3 hours to fill the order.nI was given two options, wait until the order was ready or refund the order.nI went to see if the order could be filled by finding the items myself.nI was able to find 3/4 of the items. The 4th item they had in stock but they were able to find the case as it was a PS5 game.nI was given the option to take the game without the case or drive to another BIG W.nIt offers the question how they would have filled the online order, if they weren’t able to locate the case.nI canceled my order, received confirmed my refund and took my business elsewhere.nOver all a fairly poor shopping experience.
Had an experience today where the staff went above and beyond for me. I came in quite late due to traffic to pick up a click and collect order. Even though the store was almost closed, the friendly ladies at the service area and a very nice and diligent manager helped me to get it. Definitely applaud their professionalism and I realise they most definitely went out of their way for me. Thank you so much!
Had amazing service at big w Capalaba Saturday afternoon. I think the ladies name was Kylie she went above and beyond to help me even seeking assistance from another department. 10 out of 10
Got lied to by a Big W employee. She lied straight to my face and then was rude and abrupt when I questioned her on it because I knew full well she was lying. Disgusting. Still haven't recieved my money back and it's supposedly a 35 minute wait on the phone. So I now have to go wait on hold for minimum of 35 minutes to fix a problem that could have been fixed right then and there if the worker wasn't so rude and lazy. It just seemed she didn't want to be there at all, before I had even made contact with her she turned her back on me and walked off, she looked straight at me and I responded with a smile and she literally turned around and walked out the back, I had to ring the bell even though she had already seen me AND was looking at me thru the window way that's in the service desk area. Foul customer service she should not have a job.
There's a reason why you guys are the Best Big W, You guys have better deal sales than Carindale, in my opinion, for electronics and good quality service!
