My experience at Big W Capalaba was amazing and one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. This isn't my usual Big W so the layout was slightly different. Lovely staff memeber Lauren helped me navigate the store and find everything I needed. She also interacted very positively with my baby brother who normally can be quite fussy with shopping.nnLauren went above and beyond and even reccomended and suggested a few products which I grabbed, like chalk for the baby to occupy him outside. She also helped me find the right pens I needed and explained the different options.nnSuch a great experience that rather then going to my local store, I'd rather drive to Capalaba instead.
Really gross change rooms, what appears to be blood on one of the curtains, and a big old wad of filthy chewing gum on the other. All of them were covered in filth.
Steph on the customer service desk is amazing, always helpful, friendly, respectful and kind. Makes shopping here a pleasure. Thank you
No one answers the phone! Hardly any staff! But the ones that l DID manage to talk to, were very nice.
I went to buy some HW today for my charity Xmas donation at Big W Capalaba and came across this for the first time. I start early every year so the kid's get a fair donation. I don't know what's going on at this store as it appears the stock of the little $2 cars and the bigger lose card $4, $5, $8 ,$10 cars are being pre opened before going on the pegs. I now know why the racks regularly seem to be half empty at this store in regard to the single lose packaged HW compared to Kmart & Target. The bigger sealed multi packs are okay and the $29.00 LEGO style HW are good as a gift which I bought 5 of last year, but I do like to spread the donation to include girls and boys HW alike, along with Teknica items. Today I saw the pre opened HW in a closed cage. It may be a case of staff having first choice, if so let customers know. 2 photos from today are in reviews. Cheers.
