Great variety of belly & septum piercings. The lady who served me today was extremely helpful and professional. I left with a new piercing sealed along with an alcohol swab to prep. Very good service
Not only has the door been broken for months I have returned time and time again to get one gold ball put on my piercing to which they never have in stock. I am also frustrated as I have paid for them to put the ball on my piercing to which it fell off the next day I went to go get it put back on and they have none left. Both women at front counter seem miserable management needs to do something.
Bought new earing here asked to have it put in as difficult to put in myself 24hrs later ball came off so went back and asked for them to do they wanted to charge me another $5 dollars told them that it was there fault and I'm not paying manger mumbled something under her breath and begrudgingly agree to do will never go back here again rude rude staff
I got my 1 year old daughters ears pierced here, the staff were very professional. They let me check and change the position of her dots until I was happy and then pierced both ears at the same time. Couldn't have gone smoother, thank you for taking such a stressful experience and turning it into a magical one for us.
AVOID THIS PLACE. if I could give 0 stars I could. They measured my nose ring wrong. Then they say it’s my fault! Service sucks. The woman that’s the manager is so rude and has such an attitude. Go to any other place! They have given me a bad taste in my mouth from them. Don’t trust them. They said I was a size 8. But remeasured and it was wrong. Honestly don’t go here. Someone in corporate should do something about the manager there. She is awful
I've always gotten piercing's across my life sure ok I was denied service due to the staff complying to their rules that's ok but still good people

In a single session I had my helix, conch & second set of lobe pierced and it was a fantastic experience for me. My piercer, Emily, was incredibly professional and answered all of my ~many~ questions and queries. For a safe, hygienic and overall positive piercing experience: I would recommend coming here.
Professional and friendly, I went to Cosmetics Plus to get my ears pierced. Angie was efficient yet gentle. The shop was clean and the area for piercing set up well. These ladies pierce so many ears a day, they know what they're doing. Thanks Angie, I would never have imagined having two pieces of metal put into my body could be such a positive experience.
I try to find positive things about every place but unfortunately i couldn’t. the lady who pierced my seconds in my ears made them way to close! and she didn’t even ask me where if the dot she made was ok!!! Afterwards i followed what they told me with aftercare. my ears got infected 4 times. their jewellery is very low quality. when i went to my GP she new straight away. she asked “did you get these done at cosmetics plus? because i’ve had alot of people come in with the same issue who got their ears pierced there”. i had to buy different jewellery to the “pure gold” ones they gave me which was already expensive. please don’t get your piercings done there. i’m sure they have some lovely staff, but for hygiene reasons i would NOT recommend. i ahve recently gotten my thirds and helix done at SkinKandy, much much better!!
