No customer service what so ever! Walked in today with my husband looking to buy a high quality mattress topper. Lady at front desk not even a look up to say hello or smile. Look around to finically find what we were after and another lady just stacking shelves right next to where we were didn't acknowledge us. Absolutely disgusting. We would have purchased if someone was willing to help us. We took our money elsewhere and Definitely won't be back!!

The sales women of this shop have disgusting customer service and appauling attitudes.

There have been several accounts where I accompanied my mother who was treated less than satisfactory. I found the two mature female staff members to be condescending and highly rude, leaving my mother and I very upset and disappointed. On any given occasion, we may purchase goods in excess of $200 at Pillow Talk. 

I am sure your head office could appreaciate my feedback and will be sure to inform them. From now on, I will be boycotting this particular store and directing my purchases to the Loganholme Pillow Talk, where the customer experience is always outstanding.
