I had my kitchen installed June 2016 and had a wonderful experience from when George visited my home in March 2016 to design my kitchen, to the installation in June. Everyone at the Capalaba store were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and very professional. Along the way I changed things and once again the team at Capalaba were helpful and incorporated my changes so that I would be totally happy with my new kitchen, which I am. They were on time with the dates they gave me for completion, and the due date for installation. I can highly recommend the Capalaba team of Kitchen Connection as my experience was wonderful, and my kitchen is everything I wanted and so I'm delighted to recommend the Capalaba store for your next kitchen.

Disappointing. Got a quote for a built in wardrobe which was more expensive than other quotes I'd received - even with their 20% off promotion. They knocked another $100 off so I decided to go with them. Paid the deposit ($400) and was advised to expect a call regarding installation. Received a call later that day advising their calculations were wrong & it will be another $500!! As it was their mistake they can reduce it to an extra $200 but there wasn't anything else they could do. Seeing as this put the full price of a 2 door built in wardrobe (the BASIC model for everything) to over $3000 I said no. I was also told I wouldn't get my deposit back for quite a while as it was Easter. Complete waste of time.

Terrible. Take your money do half the job then never hear from them.
