Great work by the team, I bought my raymarine 4 years ago from trymax and when I had any issues they were happy to help and did not charge for the time they put in. Great support

Extremely rude customer service and unhelpful. Installed new Garmin electronics on a Riviera for around $15k. The faulty radar made errors appear on both new screens on a week long fishing trip. Called trymax almost a year ago to advise that it was faulty and I felt they didn’t care and came up excuses rather than fix the problem and speak with Garmin like I asked. The head of Garmin ended up having to look at the radar and advised it was faulty. I called Trymax to advise and was again met with a rude person at their office with more excuses. I then phoned the installer who said he will fix it over a year later but it will be in 2 months time. I really can’t understand how there are other good reviews for this business if they are treated like we were.

The people here are enthusiastic and interested. Can't get better than that.

The service that the Trymax team provided was exceptional. Blair couldn't have been more helpful, providing me with a comprehensive overview of the operation of the equipment I had installed. I would highly recommend them if you are considering an upgrade.

Thanks for my new furuno 1971f. Advice and support is top notch with Trymax. Helped me source acrylic backing to cover the hole from my older 588. Also helped post-sale to troubleshoot and resolve an issue I had selected the wrong tducer. Running very sweetly now.

The guys at Trymax  come good for me providing a better price & delivered to my door weeks before the larger,NSW local suppliers could. Trymax also fit & install giving them a personal knowledge of the products they sell, In my case I self installed but the guys were still able to give advise when it was needed.  Thanks Heaps Guys
