Bought a fridge from these guys - the price was very good (they actually checked their competitors and came in below them). Service was great despite the fact it was busy in the shop. The new fridge arrived and the old one was taken away - couldn't ask for more! I'll be back!

Their e-mail enquiry form on their website has the option of 'product enquiry' and asks for specific model details of the product you are enquiring about. Although, once you have wasted your time and efforts on filling in the form and detailing your query, you can expect a standard "we can't help you with product enquiries - contact your local store". I responded questioning why it was an option on their website with no response. Contacted my local store (Capalaba), no response. So Harvey Norman got our business! At this rate it's looking like The Good Guys are losing all their business to Harvey Norman! And rightfully so, the customer service and care at Harvey Norman is impeccable.

Bought a dryer, a fridge, 2 air conditioners and a washing machine and team members across the store where helpful and very knowledgeable.

Spent over 5k in apliances for our new kitchen and they wouldnt make good on the $100 store credit promised. will never shop there again period.

The worst service I have ever had. The manager went out of his way to make it hard for my wife and I. We walked out and bought my phone from hervey Norman where we got great service. We will never shop there again.
