I've just recently bought my own home and so there were a few things that I needed.  I went to the The Good Guys at Capalaba on Friday the 21st of November 2025. When I arrived I had a quick look around for what I needed,  once I found a sales assistant we got to work. We started with the fridge and worked our way to the microwave then washing machine and then onto the dyson stick vac. Josh was very helpful and service was just as good.  He had a great sense of humour and easy to talk to. It didn't stop there he made sure I was looked after $$$$ and to top it all off he threw in free delivery aswell. Hands down an effortless experience that JOSH made seamless. THANKS JOSH A JOB WELL DONE. Satisfied customer

If you're looking to buy a surveillance camera  Eufy Security Cameras is the best! I highly recommend it. Quality is good,bright as Gold, 2k Resolution,night vision is good quality. Get the Homebase 3Staff are friendly and helpful,also they have a Price Promised. I dont remember the name of the young fella who helped us to choose the right one, he was good. Spend extra and you get what you paid for.

Visited the Capalaba store this afternoon and within a minute of looking at washing machines was approached by Annemarie who provided wonderful service.  I knew what I was after so was out of there in 5 minutes max.  Something good to know the delivery fee of $85 included delivery, installation and removal of the old machine.

after leaving the Tingalpa store a negative review, thought i'd give these guys the 5 star. Tingalpa was out of stock of an item i had paid for click and collect. i quickly called capalaba and they had it ready in 10 mins. Too easy

I recently purchased a fridge and a washing machine from The Good Guys at Capalaba. At the time of purchase, I asked if same-day delivery for the fridge was possible, as our current fridge had broken down and we had perishable food that needed urgent storage. The salesperson told me that same-day delivery was not possible. However, I later found out that it actually was an available option, which was quite disappointing.nnI then requested a morning delivery between 7–10 AM and clearly explained multiple times that I would be at work and unable to answer phone calls. I asked for all delivery-related communication to be directed to my wife instead, and was assured that a note would be made in the system.nnDespite this, on the delivery day, the drivers called my number instead of my wife’s. When I couldn’t answer due to work commitments, the items were returned to the store. Anticipating potential issues, I had even called the store early that morning to reiterate the instructions and emphasize the importance of contacting my wife. Unfortunately, they still failed to follow the directions provided.nnThis experience reflects very poorly on the level of customer service and professionalism at this store. It’s incredibly frustrating to see such a lack of communication and attention to detail, especially when clear instructions were given multiple times.
