If I could give this a 100 stars I would! My partner and I have just moved and went looking for a whole house full of furniture, we are so happy this was our last stop because the service from DAN and everyone we had contact with was exceptional!! We were ignored from previous places, we walked in and felt so welcomed at Super Amart Capalaba! Dan was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us and we left feeling so happy with our purchase. Thankyou again guys, we will be back for more in the future!

Dan was very helpful and got us sorted with the dining set we were looking for. We've bought most of our furniture from this store and the always have good value for money. We loved the new tablet system they had; we didn't even have to go to the register to pay and the receipt is emailed directly to you while we were still in the the store.

Ask for Dan! He's great! Helped us a whole heap over our past couple of visits to the store to buy furniture. He's very friendly and helped us get the best deal possible. Great customer service.

Whole experience was great. Excellent sales person right through to the warehousing staff out back when we came to pick up our goods. Would recommend 😊

Service was good in store, but don't ever pay for delivery. The delivery company, Capital Transport, is unreliable and can't accomodate any customer requests. The store promised us afternoon delivery because we both work, and then I get a message from the trnasport company saying 7 am to 1 pm delivery. And when I queried it, the shop tells me they can't decide times or morning and afternoon runs, they can only choose days, and I have to arrange times with the transport people. And when I phone the transport company, they recon they can only deliver when they have a run, we don't have a choice. What kind of service is this? I AM ACTUALLY PAYING THEM! And I have to be the one most inconvenienced by this whole exercise. Seriously???
