Story

THE PET SUPERSTORE & OUR FUR BABIES

• All our breeders need to pass a Dog Breeders Veterinary Audit Report every 12 months (conducted by an AVA approved Veterinarian).
• WE DO NOT DEAL WITH PUPPY FARMS. All our breeder details are passed on to the RSPCA and the PIAA (Pet Industry Association of Australia)
• We have a lifetime Rehoming and Traceability policy. This means if any of our Puppies or Kittens are surrendered to shelters we will pay for them to be Rehomed for the life of the pet. This is tracked through microchipping
• We are a regulated way for people to find companion pets
• We are a transparent, high moral and ethical family run store
• Our professional policies and procedures ensure animal welfare is paramount and our pets are well socialised
• All our puppies and kittens visit our partnered Veterinarians for a health check before being made available to new parents
• Our specialised staff are trained and experienced in animal welfare and have a duty of care to find them loving homes
• Our puppies and kittens go home with their new parents with a health guarantee, free vet check and support from us just a phone call away
