Really happy with the floorboards we got from Capalaba Carpet Court. Michael helped us pick from a great range of options to find something that suited our needs, and Grant and his team did an amazing job installing our floorboards for us, the finish was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our house is looking and feeling so much better since we got the boards installed.
We have recently purchased carpets and shutters from carpet court at Capalaba and we are delighted with the quality of the product and the service we received. Vanessa kept us constantly updated, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Both the carpet fitter and shutter fitter team members were fantastic. Highly recommend this store.
Absolutely LOVE our shutters! Could not be happier with the customer service from Vanessa. Both my sister and I go new shutters for our houses and Vanessa offers brilliant support. For someone ordering shutters for the first time, Vanessa offered great advice and actively went out of her way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. She kept us informed through the whole process from quote, measure to install. The shutters are so affordable especially compared to other quotes and Vanessa is nothing but helpful and completely professional. If you're after shutters - definitely order from Carpet Court Capalaba and speak to Vanessa.
Went for carpet shopping as I needed some professional advice from experts in the trade and was well informed and educated by their intermediate level of know-how in the field of CARPETS! They not only shown customers with confidence but they have actually taken a step further out in having my problems solved in details and have indeed given me the best solutions in catering to all my needs and wants! I have been dealing with Michael. He was amazing the first time I attended the office... I grabbed a card and got his details... I picked a product that had been superseded.. Michael followed up with swatches of different brands and colours available. He then organised the delivery of it to my address.. all within a week. I want to give him and the team at Capalaba cudos. Five stars guys. Thankyou!

Michael the manager is easy to talk to, he has a wide view on all flooring material. Great knowledge. I had my carpet layed today by Al & Jay. I highly recommend these champions! Can not talk highly enough of these guys. Replaced the carpet in the entire house and extremely happy with the outcome. Friendly and professional dealings from the sales staff, prompt and reliable service from the installers. Very competitive pricing and they were happy to work around building constraints and timing for the install. Very pleased we chose Carpet Court Capalaba.
Michael said all the right things, gave us a competitive supply quote and promised if we paid upfront, the stock would be available to collect within a couple of days from their Underwood warehouse this was on Monday. My husband had the following week off work to install the new flooring, so this arrangement suited our needs and I paid in full whilst in store. Michael said we would be contacted to arrange collection in the next day or two. Thursday rolls around and we haven’t heard a thing - I email Michael that evening and await a response the following morning. By Friday 3:30pm we realise the has been no response. I called and am told Michael was not working that day which I suppose explains lack of response, however, suspect Michael was ignoring his lack of following through on promises. I explain the situation to Daniel, and when he the looked up our order, he said the stock was still on order from the supplier. Frustrated, I explain that we only paid in full on Monday in store as Michael had assured us the stock was available, AND my husband has time off specifically for this, so we need to have this sorted by Monday latest. Daniel phoned back and said there is stock at the supplier warehouse in Acacia Ridge but they have closed until 10am Monday - it was obvious Daniel couldn’t give a toss about the situation we had been left with by the company he represents. I asked for free home delivery Monday for the inconvenience or request a full refund. Daniel told me he would phone back for the second time, he then phoned back within a couple of minutes and asked for bank details to issue a refund. I got on the phone to HomeSoul Flooring in Redland Bay and was able to get the exact product branded differently with the price matched. Nick at HomeSoul swiftly provided me with an invoice and guarantee for Monday and explained the delivery is only $60 from Acacia Ridge if required. Total waste of time dealing with the Carpet Court Capalaba cowboys - highly recommend HomeSoul as a trustworthy and efficient alternative.
