Rude staff and more importantly manager! Will complaint through the dulux rep!
Make sure you know exactly what you need we were sold paint to paint our colourbond shed and was told by the manager that it okay to use, upon further investigation we found we cannot use it. We are now stuck with a large drum of paint we cannot use because they don't own their mistakes. They offered to try and sell it for us but the was told chance of selling 50/50. We need more paint as we are painting our house but we will go elsewhere.
Great range of products and customer service was excellent. Very good advice from a patient man who understands that not all customers know much about paint and how prepare surfaces.
Dulux is best domestic paint I've used. Their trade outlet service is top quality.
