I don't know what the negative reviews are about because we had a very positive experience at Best deal 4 computers.
We called and spoke to someone who knew exactly what I needed, we then went to the store where we were given the correct product, and we were able to install it ourselves and it works perfectly! That's all you can ask for.

Ordered products from this company on Amazon.au in December 2017. Delivery to a friend in Brisbane. They keep pushing out delivery and to date (23 January 2018) no delivery has taken place. They promised to get back to me by 22 Jan - no peep (big surprise) and cannot be reached via Amazon as they have removed themselves from the platform. Scam artists and thieves, do not make use of them.

Unfortunately these guys are now operating on Trademe in NZ. I asked for shelf sizing on a server rack they had listed and then had to follow up again a day later. However, rather than answer the question they deleted the listing and relisted the rack the following day. They clearly don't have a clue about what they are selling. Embarrassing!

Computer wont turn on, went there for check up, quick service and good follow up service too. Best part of the experience is that they are willing to share knowledge and do extra work for me with no additional costs.

I have to edit my previous report and recommend that nobody should ever buy, get repair done or ask for service or ring back these people cannot be trusted in any way whatsoever. They make a lot of promises they never keep like ringing back etc
Keep well away from them you have been warned there are plenty of other businesses around that are much more trustworthy than this business.
