Such poor service. My daughter bought a brand new apple air laptop for University, 1 month ago. It is now freezing. Spent hours on the phone to apple trying to fix it , without success. Took it to Genius Bar and they did tests and did a software reinstall. They told us to take it home and see if it installed overnight and if not ring and go on the waiting list to see another genius. Thankfully we decided to leave it in over night and they said they would call us when it was ready for collection , or if we didn’t hear by midday , for us to call and see what was happening. Predictably no call from apple so we called and were told that the install failed , so they have ordered new parts and it will be 2-5 days before it’s ready, but still no guarantee it will be fixed. Clearly someone was aware of the failure but no one thought to ring us and tell us that we didn’t have to wait by the phone for a call from a genius. Asked what my daughter does for a laptop for university in the meantime , but no help offered. Thanks Apple. Well worth paying the price for such a premium product and service.

Very disappointing experience. Staff across the floor but nobody will ask if you need help. The one person I did ask for help pretended to be busy but when I told him I was there to buy a phone outright he was no longer busy. I told him I was taking up their offer of a 24 month interest free term on a Gem Visa. He actually asked me how the card worked. I said I entered a pin but the extended repayment term was something he needed to sort out. Apple was promoting an offer which the staff member was not aware of nor did he know how to apply it. Gem Visa gave me their standard 6-month interest free term. I have now had to register a disputed transaction to try and secure my 24-interest free term. The gadgets may be smart but smarter and more engaged employees would definitely help. Please note not all staff were useless. Some were genuinely engaged and doing a great job with other customers.

They have a few really rude stuff. I never saw people serving like that. I went there and applied for repair because my Smart Keyboard stopped working. They told me I have to wait for around 3 hours until the technicians are available because it was busy and i will receive a message when it’s ready for me. So I left for my own business and considered to be back around 3 hours later. However I received the message just one hour later which totally ruined my timetable. I replied the message for put 30mins off which is an option for replying the message. Details are in the screenshot below. They directly moved my session to one and a half hours later. So I went back to check with the specialist what’s going on? Here’s a quote from the specialist, the stuff: “you see it’s 5:20pm. It’s not now!!” U moved my session to a time without my permission and still being that rude. If u go there to buy new products, I’m pretty sure u don’t have to wait. But if u go there for customer services or after-sell services, they will treat you as nothing.

Have always been a bit reluctant to get repairs done directly via the store as my perception was that I'd pay far more than through a phone repair shop. I have to say I have had two recent experiences and this really isn't the case. Called in on Saturday to ask about a battery replacement. The staff were really helpful and efficient and ran a diagnostic on my phone to check it was a battery issue. Got a quote to replace the battery, which they offered at a special price even though my phone didn't meet the criteria for the special. Dropped the phone in on Monday and when I returned to pick it up, they guy told me they'd discovered another issue and so replaced my phone with a brand new one, even though it was out of warranty. Couldn't be happier with the service I received!

Visited Apple Store in Brisbane today and was very impressed with the service. Only in Brisbane for a few days and hadn’t organized an appointment but my iPhone battery was changed and ready to go in less than 2 hours with no cost. Very obliging staff.
