They went above and beyond to assist me with replacing a phone, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.nnTheir customer service was very professional. Each team member was incredibly helpful and down-to-earth, taking the time to ensure we felt supported and well informed throughout the process.
Cannot pay for apple care with apple account balance/gift card. Went to this store for help. Talked to three staffs, all had different explanations. One guy told me to call a 1300 number to seek help rather than helping me onsite. Waited half hours to get answered, but the issue could not be resolved at the end and had to pay for the AppleCare by using credit card.nApple gift card is advertised to pay for anything Apple but apparently it is not true, which is a false advertisement and should be reported to ACCC for further investigation.
The staff is rude. Male managernPurchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max and a screen protector, but the phone had defects twice. When I visited the store for the third exchange, a male manager told me that further exchanges would be a “waste of materials.”nnThat comment was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. As a Brisbane resident, I’ve been purchasing and using Apple products from Apple Stores for many years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor and dismissive customer service from a manager.nnWhat about my time spent coming back to the store multiple times because of faulty products? Who is responsible for that?nOverall, it was a very unpleasant experience and far below the level of service I expect from Apple.
Excellent customer support experience at the Apple Store Brisbane. The team was patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to my issue, explained everything clearly, and resolved it much faster than I expected. I left feeling valued as a customer and very satisfied with the service.
The staffs we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good and the building is beautiful and grand. There were also seats available inside.
