This place has personality. Kinda like walking into a labyrinth. As said by others, a lot of prices are inflated due to the location. But for most residents of New Farm, I think the convenience outweighs the cost.

Lots of independent shops, food & coffee places all within an arcade. There are a few national / chain places (supermarket, banks and post office) also. 

The Italian deli is probably worth visiting Merthyr on its own. Great selection of hard to find Italian ingredients and also great food  served in the cafe section.

Coles plus a fair cross sectiin of other retail.
Parking is plentiful but not intuitively easy.

I love this shopping centre it used to be my lical and now I still come here whenever I am in town.

Some excellent cafes and specialty shops. Only reason I rate three stars is due to the car park and the layout of the place. It's also cluttered and dated.
