There are mostly clothes, shoes and some healthcare supplies on the ground floor.nOn level one, there are a wide range of products including books, tools, stationery, kitchenware, and video games.nThe prices of the products seem reasonable to me.
Entered the store around 6:15pm 11/07/25. Immediately the security guard’s eyes followed my niece and I entering the store. We walked straight to the hosiery area to purchase some socks. The security made it so obvious that he was following us around the store. We have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. I am of pacific island decent and also had my work clothes on and work bag with me. I’m not sure which one of those things made him target us? Security guard needs further training or big w needs to review who they use as a security company in this particular store.
The 3 stars are solely for the young guy at the desk on our initial visit who was amazing . Gave us so much info and advice . Ended upnDoing click and collect .. that’s when it went wrong . Directed to service desk as if I’d asked for a free ride to the moon and then the guy at the service deal itself acted as if I was nothing better than a huge inconvenience. Meh at best . Plenty of other stores to go to .
I would like to express my gratitude to Daniele for locating the toy gun for my 7-year-old son. His attentiveness and professionalism were greatly appreciated, and I am thankful for his genuine kindness and efforts in helping me find the item I was seeking.
2 levels with an escalator between levels; good range of stock and helpful staff; Store was clean; staff helpful. Only self-service registers open Sunday pm when I visited
