I purchased a Lego ninjago set that included two exclusive minifigures to that set. Unfortunately after opening the set, all the bags were already opened and over 20 pieces were missing. There was also bitty pop bags that had been opened in my box which makes no sense at all because they are not even Lego brand, someone had put them in there. The two exclusive mini figures I mentioned earlier sell for $30-$70 each on different websites for Lego selling. Those two mini figures and their weapons were missing. After taking a closer look at the box it had already been open however I did not notice this at first because all the boxes for this set in store we taped like that. It is my understanding that people take these sets with exclusive mini figures in them and go to a blind spot in the store with no cameras and open the box carefully to ensure no visible damage. They cut open the bottom of the box and take the bags out and open them to take out the exclusive minifigures and their weapons, then they put the bags back in the box as well as other small wrappers of products they have opened in the blind spot. This is disgraceful. I will not be purchasing ANY Lego sets with exclusive minifigures from ANY BigW store ever again and I suggest you do the same unless you want to risk missing figures and pieces.
It’s even better than Daiso! I love this store because all the products are really cheap and quite durable.
Convenient. Has a relativley large celection, considering its location in CBD. Service is nice. Met some people there who, i suppose, were new and they were not much help its ok : but there is always some staff you can find who will definitly help you and who know what they are doing!nGood store.n5/5nVisit it sometimes.
Clothing in lower floor, everything else up top. Layout is what you would expect, staff was helpful.nnBig W please, your self checkout is straight up miserable to use. I had to wait for assistance 5+ times both times I've shopped here. It's usually some issue with the scale, weight not matching what I just scanned or some such nonsense. I get that you guys are probably being robbed blind by shoplifters but at some point maybe it's worth asking yourself 'hey do we get rid of the need to place every item in the bagging area before the next one can be scanned?' It's really ridiculous for those of us actually trying to give you money.
Visited this place during their sale promotions so every visit has been enjoyable and fun
