Clothing in lower floor, everything else up top. Layout is what you would expect, staff was helpful.nnBig W please, your self checkout is straight up miserable to use. I had to wait for assistance 5+ times both times I've shopped here. It's usually some issue with the scale, weight not matching what I just scanned or some such nonsense. I get that you guys are probably being robbed blind by shoplifters but at some point maybe it's worth asking yourself 'hey do we get rid of the need to place every item in the bagging area before the next one can be scanned?' It's really ridiculous for those of us actually trying to give you money.

Deeply unimpressed with click and collect service.nImagine having a man standing in front of you, looking and sounding very stressed out and not coping.nThis man is getting a click and collect and has been told it won’t be ready until the next day.nHe explains that we have a child in the children’s hospital, we don’t have everything we need as it was all unexpected, and they still don’t give a shit.nWe’ve never asked for special treatment in our lives.nImagine lacking empathy like that.nGet stuffed. We will fill the order ourselves and get our refund in 10 days.
No probs here! In and out with a new pack of undies! The couple of staff members I talked to were all lovely Sure beats the ‘madness’ of shopping at one of the Westfield chains. As General MacArthur said:n“I’ll be back!”
