The worest ever experience I had in this store!nI have been a customer of this store for more than 3 years now. On Sunday Jul 7, 2026, I and my friends bought baby car seat and baby trolley. Once we were back to our car, the box couldn't fit the car boot and we dicided to unpack. Unfortunately there was no baby seat in the package but some construction materials like a solid cement. That was around 2:45pm and directly went back to customer service. We told them the situation and the manager checked footage. It is so ridiculous after checking the camera, the manager refused to refund. If they think we changed, it wouldn't be that quick. What I felt bad is not for the money, but the feeling that we weren't trustworthy enough was painful. So painful!
I had an excellent brief shop at Target Buranda this morning and it started out with a beautiful greeting from Gabrielle. As I entered the store, I think Gabrielle noticed that I have disability and so she greeted me politely and asked if I needed a trolley. She said to take my time and she assisted me getting a trolley. I did all my shopping and Gabrielle gave me a pleasant farewell and said have a good day. Target Managers, please let Gabrielle know that her beautiful, pleasant, polite, professionalism with good old fashioned customer service is greatly appreciated. If you have any awards for staff for doing excellent work, I would love to nominate Gabrielle to receive such. Thank you kindly Gabrielle for making my shopping time this morning an absolute delight.
A very boring store in a very boring shopping centre but that shouldn’t take away from target. They’re offering a opportunity for people doing it a bit tough which I think he is very commendable. There is a wide range and staff are helpful.
Very clean and well laid out with a good amount of stock for shop in a relatively small suburban centre. Staff are polite and helpful.
One of the worse targets in Brisbane without a shadow of a doubt. I can forgive the small size and poor range of products, but the real issue is the abhorrent customer service. Not only are half the items in the store not priced correctly if at all, but most the staff are aggressive and constantly harrassing people for no reason.
