For 15 years it used to be awesome, 5 stars. Electrical section always had someone there, always, and they always knew about the items. Now there is no-one there, ever, and you have to ring the bell and wait. Maybe forever? I have just walked out sometimes. The last time, yesterday, a young guy came over as I was ringing the bell and was unable to help me with a Micro SD Card. They had the cards, but he didn't know what they were. He actually said, "Go to Officeworks, they know more about this stuff than me." (Which I did.) Unfortunately Target didn't spend money on advertising, they lost customers to JB Hi-Fi, and on losing money, instead of advertising, cut staff (in the electrical section) and replaced existing staff with inexperienced low paid staff. Looks like Target are going to go down the drain. Such a shame, all they needed to do was *advertise* the great store they had, specifically in my case, the electrical section. Hey, Target. It's too late, probably, but consider this: "Best selling author." Get it? Not best *writing* author, but best *selling* author. It doesn't matter how good your range and service is if no one *SELLS* IT!!! Cutting staff and replacing the few left with cheap unknowledgeable staff is only losing the few customers you had. The only chance you have is, if you have some money to spend: 1 - Replace newbie staff with staff that know what they are doing. 2 - Have enough staff there to have someone *always* present at the counter. *ALWAYS*. 3 - *ADVERTISE THIS*, so the general public know there is somewhere to go besides JB Hi-Fi. I loved your store for 15 years. Good luck.

Pleasant staff. Small Target shop hence doesn't stock some things so if unsure call first if after none popular item

Tiny mall. Woollies & Target are the big attractions. I had a Kebab at Origin Kebab - wonderful, and the ladies working the shop were hard working, beautifully respectful and absolutely committed to service quality and yummy kebabs! They treated me with respect and dignity. Cheers, ladies! Go for the kebabs if not the big box shops.
