This place is rubbish. It is tiny, and therefore suffers from limited range/selection. This site is an exercise in pretentiousness. David Jones Queens Plaza is miles ahead this place. Do not waste your time, I don’t envision this place being around in 2-3 years. It is geared towards women, with minuscule men’s range.

Terrible service. I have been waiting for an item that was meant to be ordered in for me since December, only to find out that it was never ordered at all. A week since this was meant to be all fixed, I still haven't heard anything and no one in the store seems to know anything about it. So so so frustrating. Will not be shopping here again.

My wife had a bad experience here today when trying to return some damaged plates for replacement. She was told this location doesn't sell plates and although they could take care if it for her it would be better if she just did it herself by taking them to another David Jones. My wife explained that she had walked there with the plates and would prefer if they would just take care of them for her but she was again refused. I was surprised at the level of service given that this is meant to be a premium store.

This is a mini David Jones only - fashion only. The web site said recipe ingredients available at ALL stores. Not this one, not the city, not Indooroopilly. Apparently ALL means except Qld. So that's a couple of frustrating hours wasted. Call ahead you say, tried that but sales staff weren't sure.
