Furniture on their floor are nice, and the ladies at the shop were helpful. However, the bed we bought - supposed to be come in small pieces and needs to be assembled, was not small pieces and the delivery guy refused to brought it down to bedroom with some excuses. If we knew it is so bulky we wouldn't buy it. It's now sitting in the living room and we have to think about what to do. This delivery incident brought down our review from 5 star to 2.

I took up interest free offer with GO Mastercard on a $4000 sofa- Warning they (GO Master Card) have monthly account fees which aren't disclosed as well as charges to pay the balance - scum! When i spoke to Domayne Fortitude Valley they wanted nothing to do with the problem referring me to the fine print and GO Master Card. A bank would never get away with such a lack of disclosure.

Always underwhelming! We try to avoid going to Domayne but sometimes they have pretty nice, if overpriced products. However, every time we feel that the staff are either downright rude or simply miserable and disinterested in you as a customer. We always come away with a unpleasant feeling about the whole transaction. After the last experience we will definitely give others our business first!

Bought table in August! Recieved in February the following year... Then the table is faulty and cannot be assembled. Biggest waste of our time!

My wife and I bought our Sealy ensemble plus a beautiful outdoor setting here a few years ago before we moved to California.Nice store and very helpful service at the time.
