An open-air mall that stretches across several surrounding streets, offering plenty of shops and a wide range of stores, including many top brands.nThe area also features a food court, fast-food chains, restaurants, and cafés. Part of the mall is designed as a pedestrian promenade with no car traffic.nPublic restrooms are available, although I happened to find some closed for renovations, so it may be necessary to use those in nearby restaurants instead.nYou’ll also find street vendors selling various foods and goods, as well as street performances.nThese depend on the weather — when it rains, as it did during my visit, moving around can be a bit inconvenient, but a good umbrella usually solves the problem.
Queen Street Mall, has all your big name brands for shopping and a lot of variety of eateries including dessert shops around every corner. One of the bigger shopping centres is Uptown Mall which is like a Westfields with multi stories of retail outlets and a Event cinema as well.
