Great little centre with excellent options including famous Ben's Restaurant. Highly recommend the Korean BBQ and also the sushi place downstairs. The Asian supermarket has great options, the convenience store always has great specials and is well priced for its location with great owners.
I'm glad to see this place with a little more life. Hope it can keep it up.

Go to Ben's restaurant. Upstairs. 5* but not now in 2022. it's not worth the effort with a parking problem. Go to Sunnybank and get some great Vietnamese Chinese Taiwanese restaurants. Parking now is limited to one hour... Have a group for lunch... And then someone is late. Shove the food down your throat fast!! What the Diana Plaza have done is overkill. Their timed parking machine and short-term parking killed any desire for us to visit. Bye bye Ben's. 4-hour parking vouchers were available but we were refused and limited to one hour for lunch and that included parking time. Ben's is not that good value to us anymore either. The wontons are wanting. Princess Plaza itself is such a PRINCESS! Someone else wrote this but it's 8 months ago and not true now. Huge range of food outlets and free parking for 2 hours if at a cafe. Only my opinion but I loathe this place now.
Like I said bring a big appetite the dishes although small are very big
Not busy. Pretty much easy to park. Quite old building. Usually go there because of My favorite restaurants Ben's and Korean restaurant
Restaurants are fantastic. Only giving 4 stars because the guy who's ment to monitor parking is creepy and does nothing. Parking lot is usually full but very few people in the shops or restaurants. Paid parking is available but never shows full when it is. As a result it costs $5 to get out without even getting a park.
Parking for the Plaza is worthless. Full, both free and paid parking, most likely due to the Centrelink offices and hospitals nearby. Parking is also poorly marked, and shared with a hotel? Some restaurants are good. Not their fault that the Plaza is a pain.
It's a small plaza with mainly food shops.
They have some super quirky toilets. Very interesting and worth a visit just from that merit. The floor is a textured lined gold tile that is useful for scraping sand from Southbank off your feet. 3 walls are a white marble look tile and one is a black marble look tile. The toilet partitions are a light blue duck egg colour and the vanities were also something random but I forget what now. There seems to be a good assortment of shops although we just mulshed outside of the fish and chip shop. There's a cool Japanese grill on the second floor.
