My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience purchasing from Latex Mattress Australia, and our new mattress + base is by far the most comfortable bed we've ever had. We visited the New Farm store a couple times to try out different beds and see if a latex mattress was a good choice. The store was easy to find and had a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. Both visits were a lot of fun because Melissa was there cracking jokes while also answering every question with sincerity. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and we left feeling confident we picked the right bed!! And we were right! Each night since we got our new mattress we've noticed the improved quality of sleep. Can't wait for many more years of comfort and restful sleep. Highly recommend this business and these latex mattresses!
Purchased the pure support king size mattress not too long ago and could not be any happier. Very comfortable and our sleep has significantly improve. Although a bit pricey the quality speaks for itself. Investment is worth every penny. We needed a new mattress urgently and the team at the New Farm branch helped fast track our order and we got it within days. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality product.
Our sales lady was very helpful. She listened to our needs and offered us a great option to suit our budget. The mattress is comfortable. We do need new pillows as we used to a have soft mattress that was better with lower pillows. The delivery was within good timeframe. They kindly took away our old mattress, which would been a headache for us if we had to arrange someone else for removal.
This was not the cheapest mattress topper on the market, but it was worth every cent. It has improved the comfort level of my mattress hugely. My mum and I went to the New Farm showroom and the very helpful sales assistant let us try everything out and gave lots of non-pushy advice. We then went and compared with the latex toppers at Ikea and the difference in quality was obvious. And after purchasing and using the topper for a couple of months, I could not be happier with my decision. It gives just the right spring and softness to my mattress. Love it.
Reasons not to buy: 1. These things weigh half a tonne, if you’re renting they are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to manoeuvre through elevators/staircases etc etc. 2. Sure they’re comfortable but there’s better mattress technology these days for 1/3 the price. 3. They say it’ll last for 20 years well I’ve had mine for 5 and it’s pretty much had it. 4. If you want a decent looking bed frame good luck because with the amount these mattresses weigh it’s nearly impossible to find a decent frame to support the weight.
Bought a pure comfort queen SMS mattress from the new farm store and we could not be happier. Debbie was very patient and helpful while we were trying out mattresses in the show room and Melissa was extremely helpful over the phone, so service has been top notch. My partner and I now sleep through the night and love our new mattress, feels like money well spent!
My wife & I are very happy with our new medium level latex mattress. We both have experienced a marked difference in the quality of our sleep. From the beginning on walking into the showroom we and our friend were met by Melissa the Salesperson, who allowed us to try the various mattresses and had in-depth knowledge and broad experience of the products on show and the market. We would highly recommend the mattress from here and the quality of client service too.
My husband is having problems with pain in his hip requires a hip replacement and was having very interrupted sleep. We purchased a Split King Glide Base with Pure Comfort mattresses from Melissa at the New Farm store and her knowledge and assistance was exceptional. I am very pleased to say my husband is now sleeping through the night with minimal pain and I'm also getting a decent night's sleep and the bed is extremely comfortable.
We researched the market thoroughly and kept coming back to Latex Mattress Australia as they were extremely knowledgeable and were happy to have any questions thrown at them. For example...my mum wanted the German bases....but it was pointed out that they were only designed in Germany and made in China so no difference. We are now beyond happy with our decision to buy. You could get cheaper but cannot get better.
Very pleasant experience visiting the shop in James Street. Great service from Jacqui who was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Initially bought two Latex pillows and subsequently bought new mattresses the same day. The pillows and mattresses are excellent. Very happy to support a Queensland based family business that manufactures their mattresses and pillows in Queensland.
