Due to a recent appalling experience in another Vodafone store I was feeling reluctant to approach another. I can not speak highly enough of the experience today with Macaulay. He listened, he problem solved and went over and above to make sure that I walked away with the best possible outcome for myself and my mother. Nothing was too much trouble for this young man. We updated two existing plans which had expired and added my mother onto a plan. He explained in great detail about the changes he had made and I walked away with my faith restored.

Steve and Katie at Toombul shopping centre Vodafone store are great. Friendly and helpful but most importantly genuinely looking out for the customer. I wanted help to get a temporary plan for an iphone 4 that included texts to NZ. Steve gave excellent recommendations, with my needs as priority, which reinforced my loyalty to Vodafone.

Great experience! I went into this store 15 minutes before closing and with no pressure selling but great information I chose a new phone G6 on a red plan with a shared option for my son. Their service was awesome despite my late visit. I had gone into the Telstra store first but found, as I was still making my mind up as it was expensive, the staff member to be impatient and they consequently lost me. Great work Charlie, Sam and team... see you again! Derek Cook
