Note to self never to go to any officeworks to have your passport photos done as they have absolutely no idea on the process, was assisted by Amy, she had taken my photo at the store which took about 40 minutes after a few takes & waiting, left this store & drove home and waited for almost an hour for my digital photos to be sent to me by email, had to call the store back to have them re-send the email & in only 2 minutes I received it!! Uploaded the photo to my application only to find that it was 246KB which was less than the photo requirement (250KB), phoned the passport office & was advised to have the photos resent again from officeworks, phoned this store back & spoke to Amy again & explained what needed to be done only to be told that they she could not retake the photo & that she could only offer me a refund???.. I returned back to the store for my refund & I saw this staff member again who on this occasion I felt wasnt very pleasant to deal with, found her a bit rude as she was talking to another employee whilst she was processing my refund! During this entire process, I drove to another officeworks store in Aspley & the woman behind the counter said that their photos for passports was out of service??!!! Like WTH... I eventually drove to the Aspley Hypermarket Post Office and did my photos there which I should have done from the get go, the staff were awesome & I must admit this entire experience was a waste of time where I should have just gone to the Post Office at the beginning which would have saved me time and petrol!! GRRRRR...

How did it get worse since it reopened? Walk in and ask the staff resting around at the front where an item is ‘um I don’t know, I always forget, um I’ll go look’ (glad I asked!) Get item go and queue - 3 staff standing chatting....one serving, the man that always stinks of cigarettes (unfortunately this is my local store!) looks at me wanders to counter takes off his ‘belt with bits on it’ and wanders off to a break...wait another minute or so looking at the conversation continue...to then ‘rochelle’ “Daaaarrrrling are you paying with cash or card” (card obviously held in hand and skin crawling at this stage).... Who does the recruiting and management of this store? Really...

Absolute pleasure going into this store at Virginia. I was greeted by Amy and within seconds she had helped me decide what I needed to buy. Jonelle (behind the counter) also helped within no time providing me with a quote on shredding. Highly recommend to visit this store.
