Range not as wide as others like super A Mart or other furniture store but I found what I was looking for here after going through millions of furniture stores. Takes a bit of time to be served but staff were nice and friendly

Good customer service, very helpful and we didn't feel we were being given the hard sell are any time. Recommend dropping in and having a chat with one of the staff when you're looking for furniture or white goods.

Friendñy and ready to do a deal. The range may not be as wide as some of the bigger chains but definitely worth checking out.

Extremely rude staff. The prices are inflated compared to what displays on the website (by $150 in my case) and they refused to honour the price for one of their approved payment methods. They then used the defense that the website is for the national company and they're a franchise, even though their official website is the same. Even before this, the salesman was extremely unhelpful. When asking about if they had any other stock, he bluntly said "We've got what you can see there." He offered to check quantities of stock out the back, but offered no additional information and just awkwardly hovered, making the whole experience strange even before the other conflict. Beyond that, they were argumentative, unhelpful and unapologetic - and above all, engage in illegal advertising and pricing practises, and I will be reporting it to the relevant ombudsman. I went to another store and got the same item for less than their original advertised price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
