I recently placed an order for a complete window hose/vent pipe for a portable A/C. I made a call explaining to the staff what I actually wanted. The staff was quick to give me a quote of $110 including delivery. However, when the item was sent, it was practically useless to me as they sent only a pipe which dosen't even stick to the back, without the rest of the window system. I called them they said the staff who made the booking was not in office. Even when I left a review, they said a staff will call me the ffg week. 3weeks after no one has called.
Didn't think it was possible to fix our fridge, it was and it was reasonable price. They were busy, 1 week wait. Call out fee + labour 15 min increments+ parts. Empty and Defrost fridge/freezer in advance.
