I love JB-HI-FI. It is one of my favorite stores in Strathpine Centre. It is also one of the best stores that is left in the shopping centre. Great place for somone who wants to buy DVD's, TV Shows, Japanese Anime

Very very very helpful staff, replaced my faulty xbox one x very quickly and hassle free. The exta care warranty is worth it.10 out of 5 stars from me

Definitely not as good as they used to be, some of the male emo staff are arrogant and pigheaded. None of the staff wear ID lanyards, which makes it more frustrating as you are doubtful who to ask for with assistance. This leaves the customer often standing there looking bewildered. The tall streak and misery guard at the front is a cockbag too. It's a pity WoW Sight and Sound closed years back, as they had much better range, layout and prices. Hence the reason I buy nearly everything online, as JB are subpar in comparison. Whatever you do, don't get discs buffed here as they come out with chemical streaks and superficial scratches all the way around. Better off getting a whole new disc online.

Had to come to strathpine because my usual store north lakes did not have the item in stock. After being treated very well at north lakes with items having 60-100 dollars knock off I was shocked when I was offered 10 dollars off a 300 dollar item. We were treated like criminals after asking for at least 50 dollars off. Dont bother with this store as north lakes will always give you the best price with a smile.
