Very poor customer service, went to have a faulty product refunded, young gentlemen who served me “sighed” when he realised I was there for a refund, he then sighed again when he realised the purchase was from another store! Overall the refund took approx 20mins! Maybe you could ask your staff to engage with customers instead of them talking amongst themselves about their individual sales budgets etc!
