Great store. Bought some items that did not suit. Returns were accepted without questions. The staff actually pointed out I had purchased and paid for more items on the Bunnings ap PowerPass they refunded the lot even though I didn’t have the physical quantity to return.

Came here to grab some supplies for the garden and a drill bit. While this store is  smaller than other Bunnings I've been to,  they still have a decent range and selection. Ample parking out front. It's handy using their trolleys to do your shopping. There are 2 types to choose from. They have the newer style gas bottles and I was able to swap and go on another occassion.

I’m autistic and thought I came fully prepared by looking up aisles for the products I needed but of course the website had the aisles wrong and I found myself outside looking for grout cleaner. After walking aimlessly up and down aisles, I was ready to sit down and rock. Then a lovely young lady started her shift at 4pm and found me on her way to the checkout, she immediately asked if I was looking for something, helped me find it, gave me all the information I needed on it and multiple options with details of differences and standard requirements, etc. then made sure I had found everything I needed before walking me back to the front and checking me out. She was patient, informative, helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond. Best Bunnings experience I’ve ever had.

This is a relatively smaller format Bunnings and absolutely everything you expect to find at a Bunnings may not be in stock. You'll have to visit the Bunnings at Brendale for it. However, most items are stocked.
