The Mower Supastore is one of Brisbane's premier outdoor power equipment centres stocking a diverse range of quality products from lawn and landscaping equipment through to off-road vehicles. Such equipment includes mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, generators, lawn edgers, sweepers, pressure washers, shredders, sprayers and the list goes on. Would have given 1 star, but the sales team are awesome. Tony is the person I have dealt with for my purchases, he went above and beyond. He communicated before and after the sale.nnService team is woeful, unhelpful, and do not provide after sales support to a level that would even rate as 'ok'.nnI had been quoted for more machinery, however, as back up service is a much higher priority to me than price, I purchased elsewhere at a slightly higher price, where the service team had better reviews.

I recently purchased a Greenworks 82V pole saw because the petrol one I had was getting too heavy for me. I live on a small acreage and have always used petrol power for all of my outdoor power equipment. I was a bit wary of a battery saw doing the same job as my current one.nnI spoke to Wayne who was extremely knowledgeable about chainsaws and his confidence in the product swayed me to purchase. Plus there was plenty of good reviews on the net mainly from USA.nnIt was still with a little trepidation that I used the saw for the first time. I needn’t have worried because the Greeworks worked beautifully. Lots of power , a very good chain, and great balance of the pole made the job easy. The little 10” saw made light work of 6” to 8” limbs. I have used it a few times since and it has performed very well. My wife has even used it on her own and remarked how easy it was to operate. Not having to prime the fuel and pull a heap of times on the cord is a blessing. Just slip the battery in and pull the trigger and your cutting. A good feature of the battery is status button you press and it gives you the percentage of power left. The battery seems to last for ages.nnAt time of purchase there was a redemption for the 82v 2Amp battery valued at around $400 by memory. I registered my purchase and received the battery within a week, so great service from the importers as well.nnI can recommend this product and also Wayne’s great customer service and knowledge.

I wouldn't buy anything online from this shop. I bought an item and paid for it at the same time, but I keep getting invoiced for it even though I've sent them emails and proof of payment. Very frustrating and insulting. Buy somewhere else.

I put my whipper sniper in to get serviced on the 23rd of April and was told it won't be looked at until 9th of May as they were busy and paid a $60 deposit. Then I got word from a family member that they had someone who can look at it earlier than that, so today the 26th of April , I went to collect and was only refunded $30. When asked why I didn't get a full refund, they said it was coz of a booking and inspection fee. What inspection was done when I was told it won't get looked at until the 9th?? This is a superstore, a big company and yet they still want to rip you off. What a joke. Don't shop here unless you want to get ripped off.

This review could change but I doubt it. My daughter runs a lawn mowing business. Went here and asked to buy a commercial mower. She was sold a self propelled mower 2 months ago. It's now broken down and in trying to get it fixed she's told, 1- its not a commercial mower and 2. We won't do anything except send it back to manufacturer to look at. This is not good enough. It needs to be sorted now at their expense or a replacement provided. Unless they remedy this situation, stay well away.
