Story

The Mower Supastore is one of Brisbane's premier outdoor power equipment centres stocking a diverse range of quality products from lawn and landscaping equipment through to off-road vehicles. Such equipment includes mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, generators, lawn edgers, sweepers, pressure washers, shredders, sprayers and the list goes on. All the popular brands like STIHL, TORO, POLARIS, CUB CADET, ROVER, MASPORT and many more are available. Our website www.mowersupastore.com.au showcases these products and latest specials on offer. We went to the shop on 29 October and had a look the zero turn mower and purchase the Cub Cadet 42” mower. Had specific criteria when I walked into the store today. Was helped by John who was patient and listened to my needs. He seemed very knowledgeable and showed me several mowers that might be suitable. I ended up leaving very happy and would like to thank John and Lance for their help today.
I would like to say Thank you to Lance, Troy from MS and Tony from Cub Cadet who came out to Cedar Creek last week to hand back my Pro-Z 154s post warranty repair to resolve an ongoing slow uphill performance issue. The customer care received from MS /CC was professional, straight forward and first class with resolution fast with a strong focus on customer assurance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MS and CC to any prospective buyer………Many thanks Rob Derham.
I had the most AMAZING service from Lance at the store today. I turned up an hour before they opened on a Sunday and Lance had just arrived he looked at my whipper snipper in the car park and told me what the issue was and then gave me a solution that worked. So grateful he took the time to help me as I had no idea what was wrong he could have sent me away but very grateful for his help. I have been to the store a couple of times this year and have always had excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Thank you.
Thankfully it is very rare that I mark down a company for any reason, however I feel this entry is entirely justified. I have been a long time customer of the Mower Superstore and historically sadly I have found their sales staff average, less than welcoming and difficult to find when in the shop. However once located they are happy enough to make a sale and take your money. On this occasion I purchased s Solo Backback Sprayer Cost $325 just a few days ago, with lithium battery. I charged it as per the instructions and used the sprayer successfully for about 45 mins today. The battery seemed to be die when the sprayer emptied. I recharged the battery using the supplied charger and the Green light lite, which according to the instructions means the battery is again fully charged. I inserted the battery back into the sprayer and found that the pump still did not work. I checked the connections which appeared to be good, but still it did not work. I re inserted the battery in the charger and found that the green light was showing and also now an alternating red light. The sprayer/pump still does not work. I am assuming that either the battery or the charger is faulty. I re attended the Mower Super Store and asked for a warranty replacement as my unit was faulty. I was told that it was company policy to refer customers to the main agents who happen to be about 1Km away which I knew about. However, as the unit is only days old and had been used for less than 45 minutes, I expected that I would get a replacement off the shelf. It's not a difficult ask. Is it? I asked that if I were to purchase a mower from them and it broke within a day or so, would I be expected to go back to the wholesale agent with it. I would expect a degree of care and customer service which is very obviously lacking here and not part of the store culture. Very poor customer service, I would have expected better than this. I have been a customer for many years and extremely disappointed. Whatever agreement you have made with the local wholesaler, this does not meet the expectations of Fair Trade or Consumer legislation, and the other local supplier of this product does what they should do and look after the customer. This is just a lazy business who fails to look after a warranty issue.
This review is based purely on the customer service or, lack thereof. My husband came in yesterday with our 2 year old. Sales staff everywhere and not person came over to see if he needed help. He then went up to the counter to get some help. He stood in front of a young gentlemen typing on a computer, who did not look up, or even acknowledge him. After a moment hubby asked for help and was told "I'm just in the middle of something" and continued typing. Eventually he assisted hubby and asked he they stocked a certain mower as they had it on their website. The response was less than helpful and they couldn't be less interested in helping him. Wouldn't go back based on the poor service.
Thank you so much Lance Priston and The Mower super store. You went out of you way and above and beyond. Purchased a ride on Cub Cadet zero turn and Lance was fantastic. The after-sale service is on point, and they really do stand by their equipment. Again, cant thank them enough.
LOVE! the technical knowledge of the parts guys and their awesome attitudes….. though went to have a look at a new mower. Both sales blokes just stood there, one decided he’d have a massive sook about another customer and all he did was whine the entire 10mins I was there. I left without anyone speaking to me. Again. however, after buying heaps through these guys, I feel it’s time to go elsewhere.
A thank you to Lance for recommending new tyres for my Cub Cadet Z-Force zero turn mower. The turf tyres that came standard with the mower weren’t fit for purpose on the slopes of my block, especially when a bit damp. The new tyres have improved grip immensely and as they run at 8psi instead of 15, the ride is much softer. These should be fitted as standard if buying a mower for use on grassy slopes.
they have little product knowledge and never have the parts , no wonder that they a sign on the spare parts counter asking the public your are only a customer when you can buy something ,not be rude or abusive ...The Mower Stupidstore
