Management were given an opportunity to discuss my issues prior to review. Apparently, they're happy that they tried to blatantly rip me off face to face in-store. Did you know if an old model is in run-out, it will cost you more for fewer features and the newer model, 'we only have it in black but that's another $150' same productnWorst customer service ever. Never again.

Worst customer service in any store I’ve ever experienced. Was having trouble at self serve then waited 20 minutes in line while three workers were trying to get a fan to work. Finally got served only to have the male worker with a bald head tend to other customers while I was trying to get the help I needed. He returned and spoke rudely to me for trying to print 1 thing out on my own as I was in a rush. Need less to say won’t be returning. Poor customer service.

I have been shopping here for years and have never had any issues. It's exactly what you would expect from office works. It has everything you could need for your offer space of your kids school supplies. Staff are friendly and greet you at the door and will happily give you advice and assistance.
